    • The massage lumbar stopped work after 20 minutes.
The chair is verry comfortable and easy to assemble. The only problem found was the Massage Lumbar device, it stopped work after 20 minutes running and almost I got FIRE in my chair. I turned it off and I will never use it again.

Putting it together, wasn't difficult. I wasn't sure about the foot rest, until I started using the chair. Now the footrest comes in very handy and I use it often. The massager is cool, IMO. It does have only one speed...but it does get very warm (at a comfortable level). The chair itself is comfortable. I usually have a giant problem with head rests...but the one on the chair is great and it conforms to you head shape. I love the way the arm rests move with the incline of the chair. One point though...don't push up on the chair arms, where all your weight is on the arms, as it will make the arm rests loose. (I learned this the hard way, and had to tighten the screws again so the arm rests would stop moving.) A flaw? IMO, not a flaw, as the arm rests were not meant to take the entire weight of a person. The good: chair is straightforward to assemble, has solid construction for the price point, and is comfortable. However, you can buy a chair of comparable quality for much less without a "heater and massager," or spend a little more and get a high quality one. The bad: the massager broke the first day of use, when one of the massage arms started making a terrible noise and an awful smell started coming from the backrest. I took it apart to find out why. The motor had heated up, burnt the padding, and warped the entire plastic housing. This caused the worm gears driven by the motor to misalign, engaging only halfway with the plastic gears they drive. The metal worm gears slowly ground the teeth of the plastic gear down, causing one of the massage arms to stop rotating and an awful grinding noise. ... show more

We received our order quickly and the box was in good condition. Each piece was individually wrapped. Putting it together was not difficult with two people and went fairly quickly. We did have an issue with a small tear in the backrest and a broken armrest. Shipping can be difficult on large items and accidents happen. We were able to get in contact with the after sales team via the email address in the instruction booklet and they responded quickly. This company strives for customer satisfaction. They went above and beyond to help resolve the issues. They offered us a couple of options to replace or refund the purchase. We like the chair and only wanted a replacement arm for the broken one. The small tear we fixed ourselves and no one even notices it had been there. The company was able to send out a replacement arm and it arrived within just a couple days. The chair is great now. It is comfortable for sitting in for hours at a time and is well worth the price. But the customer service puts them over the top with their high regard for customer satisfaction. Was very excited for this chair until I unpacked it and it was dirty like it had been used. My husband said to just pack it back up and return it but I needed an office chair. So I put it together.
