This chair looks good, however it is super hard and uncomfortable. It was very easy to put together but for the money I spent I hoped for something to be at least more comfortable. Edit* The company reached out to find a solution for us. I am really happy with the customer service.

I have had this chair for a few days and it is so comfortable that I have to give it a 5 star review!! First of all, the instructions are very clear, the steps are simple...all parts are marked, and nothing is missing...I assembled this chair by myself in half an hour. Very fast! The best part is that the sides of the cushion are unobstructed, giving me room to spread my legs. I don't have to worry about the meat on the sides of my thighs getting stuck or food scraps falling into the gaps. Regular chairs are a bit cramped for me. The backrest is also wide enough that my shoulders can rest fully on the back of the chair. The cushion is soft and very nice to touch. The first daty I tried watching some videos while lying in this chair in recliner mode. So comfortable and stable that I almost fell asleep! Both head and lumbar pillows are removable. Since I don't like leaning against the headrest when I lie down, I choose to remove it. I'm sure it will last a few years or more and hopefully it won't let me down. Overall, the chair is great! LOVE it! If you are looking for a realiable chair at this price, this is the one! !" ... show more

Ive had the chair for a few days and while it was easy to assemble, looks nice, and comfy I am extremely concerned about the durability of the chair (thus why i gave it 2 stars) From putting it together i noticed the arm rests were wobbly even after tightening the screw. I check it today and its even more wobbly than usual. I am unsure if this is a manufacture problem or what but there is only so much tightening you can do and no matter how tight i screw it in it still feels loose. ... show more

I'm not a gamer, but this chair is a nice choice for anyone who is. My daughter games daily and agrees with me (for once!). We are both 5'2" and appreciated that this chair was comfortable for our shorter legs. The leg rest feels a little flimsy but not like it will actually break. The back support cushion hits my back in an awkward place; it would probably be fine for taller people. I did keep bumping the arm rests, causing them to shift position (slightly annoying but not a real problem). The double-sided cushion and available adjustments offer lots of possibilities for customized comfort. Assembly required two of us to attach the back to the base, using the included Allen wrench and pictorial instructions. There was some confusion about screw placement due to lack of written directions, but the job got done fairly easily. Two screws were missing for the arms, with extras provided of others, but the chair is perfectly stable with the hardware provided. Overall, this is a very nice chair with options for variable positioning and back support. I'd give it 4.5 stars if I could. ... show more

My husband is a big guy, not 400lbs big but big. We had previously purchased a regular office chair for him to use while gaming at his computer and it looked uncomfortable and way to small to fit his larger frame. This chair suits him much better and it is a far greater quality chair. It is made of nice leather and the stitching feels very strong. It was easy to assemble but it is very heavy. I would recommend having two people around for assembly. My husband loves it and has a lot of adjustment options making it easy to adjust the chair to create personalized comfort, his only complaint...he keeps falling asleep in it. ... show more
