    • Vibrating lumbar pillow? Say what?
There's so many of the 'racing gamer' chair styles to choose from, I never understood why there were so many or why they were so popular. Needed a new chair, starting looking around, found this guy. The aesthetic/design is what popped out at me first. The sleet jet black with minor labeling and cool textured middle areas with lumbar/head pillows caught my attention. When building it, thankfully they put up a video for installation which made things go by very quick and easy. The manual was also simple and written out well. When sitting in the chair for the first time, the cushions were firm, lumbar and head pillows really helped form your posture. I now see why these designs are popular, they're meant to sit you up right with your spine in the right position. Very high quality material and highly adjustable. You'd be surprised how much the upper neck support can be helpful to rest your head on. The foot rest was a nice bonus, won't use it very often but cool to be able to kick that out if I feel like it. I think the best surprise was the power cord attached to the lumbar pillow. I plugged that bad boy in and there it was, gzzzzzz right into my lower back. Went from a crappy office style chair to sitting up right in firm leather padding with a vibrating lower back pillow and neck support. Great product at a fair price. Recommend! ... show more

    • Chair came as advertised but...
Bought the chair to replace my old one, money spent and description lead me to believe that the would be quality and stable. High quality build and parts wise is legit, but the chairs sturdiness is very questionable. A 200 dollar chair should have a solid build period, the armrest are tilting outward and the backseat chair part is very much crooked. I'm conflicted because I had high hopes yet met with quality look with sacrifice of sturdiness which is huge. Please make your chairs better, would be 5 stars but at the moment now. ... show more

It's a nice chair, worth the price, but it's not my holy grail. I purchased the seat with the "thickened spring cushion" which feels really sturdy & comfy and like it will last a long time - definitely recommend that option. The fabric isn't ideal. The mesh part isn't too comfortable on bare skin. Time will tell how long the pleather parts hold up. I like the footrest and it stows away easily. I wouldn't feel super comfortable putting much weight on it though. Not a fan of the armrests and neither are bony elbows. I heeded other reviews and made sure to not overtighten the armrest screws. I think they really need longer screws or something because they still wiggle a bit. I feel like I have to be overly cautious with them. If you're like me and sit cross-legged, you probably put most of your weight on the armrests when you pull yourself up & move around, so I need sturdier armrests. They don't have the option to fold up and out of the way either since they are connected to the seat. Thankfully the seat is wide enough that I am still able to sit cross-legged. I'm surprised at how powerful the massager is, but I don't really use it because the cord is so short and I'm worried I will rip it out by turning or rolling over it. It does make a nice enough lumbar cushion. I recommend this chair in spite of these things due to the low cost. ... show more

I did so much research into a good chair for wide hips, it's surprising how had it is to find one. I've had this chair for a week now and it's one of the best chairs i've ever purchased. Amazing back support, easy to sit in for long periods of time, and I can do my lil criss cross applesauce pose with the foot rest up. 10/10 would recommend this chair to anyone looking for a stable, roomy and comfy chair. ... show more

Overall 3.5 stars I got this chair as a taller woman (5’10), doesn’t weigh much (130lb), and that has chronic back and neck pain. This has been one of the easiest chairs I’ve ever had to put together. The height on it is perfect, my legs don’t bend like they do in typical chairs, they comfortably at the highest setting. The neck pillow on the chair is very comfortable and cradles my head and is also firm and supportive. I do wish the lumbar support had a more dramatic curve to it to be more supportive. It’s very firm, so if you like a more soft lumbar support pillow, this one won’t work for you. The only things I really don’t like are how firm the seat is and the leg rest. I have a pillow coming in so that will likely help with how firm the chair is, but without it my back and hips are screaming after about an hour or so. I know this chair has foam that’s more dense to hold a heavier weight, but I’ve been in similar chairs for similar weight limits and they were definitely softer than this. Also, the leg rest….it’s supporting my legs at the back of my knees and partially on my calves. I have a 32” inseam for reference. If the leg rest had an extra 6-8” in length, it would have been perfect. ... show more
