I heard about this bike from a YouTuber I follow and decided to give it a shot. Ordered it on Amazon. It arrived a few days later. Was packaged very well. Almost effortless to assemble. Most everything was already put together. I just had to remove all the packing material. Battery was already charged when I got it which was nice because of course I couldn’t wait to try it out. First ride was amazing! No issues at all. Now fast forward a couple of weeks. I’ve been riding this thing EVERYWHERE. I ride it about 15 miles home and back to work a day or 2 out of the week when the weather is nice. I ride it to the store when I’m picking up some water or a snack. It has tons of power, quick acceleration, a great top speed of 32 mph (although I’ve reach 39 going down hill) it had a super sturdy frame. Long travel ability with the huge battery it comes with. It’s HIGHLY customizable once you learn how to go into the advanced setting on the bikes screen and change things. It’s smooth and comfortable. Even does great off road. I can’t say enough good things about this bike. It checks all my boxes. Very well built. Seems like it’ll last a really long time. You just can’t beat it for the money. I have no complaints. Buy one. You won’t be disappointed Update: 04/21/24 I began having some issues with the bike randomly turning off while I was riding it. Usually when I would hit a small bump in the road. I would have to stop. Turn the key off. Turn the key back on. Then start the bike up again. I reached out to Victrip’s customer support directly (not through Amazon) they had me send them a video of what it was doing. And they just put a new battery in the mail for me. Plus offered me a free gift bag for my troubles. I really am happy with the outcome and glad they stand behind their warranty. Great company ... show more

Came practically fully assembled, lots of features, fast 30mph speed and lots of power. Only problem was front break came a little weak and needs fixing and battery does get weaker at 2nd bar but is normal. Overall the best e-bike for the price to easily get 50+ miles on throttle alone!

I’ve had my bike for about 3 months and ridden it daily. It has so much power even for going up steep hills the pedal assist is so good and if you don’t feel like paddling, you can just use the throttle. I’m a bigger girl and it doesn’t have one problem. I bought the long range batterie and it goes for a really long time before I have to charge it. I take my daughter to school and pick her up we go everywhere on it. I think it’s made extremely well and most definitely worth the money. The only problem I’ve had with it is the reflector on the wheel rattles from time to time however, it doesn’t bother me bad enough to fix it. If your looking to get this bike for the price you won’t regret it. Oh, one last thing you can adjust the settings to your needs meaning when I first got the bike, it was set that the pedal assist would give you 50% of the power which was way too much for me. You get on it and it was like blowing off your seat. It was so much power so I adjusted it so it was more like 25% of the power in pedal assist gear one. It’s easy to do. There is a YouTube video on it and it just have to go in the settings and adjust it. There is also a really bright light for night riding. We will be buying another one it’s so much fun my husband fights with me over who gets to ride it. ... show more

No assembly required. Open box, Remove packaging, unfold the bike, charge and you're ready to go! Very exciting unboxing experience. The amount of range this bike has is amazing. I owned this for over a year and it has never let me down. I have very few minor issues that were solved myself without contacting the company. I do deliveries for Doordash, Uber and grubhub and its a pain in the neck to run out of power while delivering. After 10pm on some days, the quantity of orders skyrocket and I have no time to go back home and charge. The battery on this thing outlasts me everytime. I always leave fully charged so I'm rarely in a situation where I'm out of power. I coast alot so the distance I can travel on a single charge is extended. Bike is very balanced. The long wheelbase makes it stable at high speeds and its comfortable to ride. I replaced the seat as it was uncomfortable after long hours of sitting. Stock seat was way too narrow of extended riding. My new one is wider. Hydraulic brakes are excellent. I do have a slightly warped (possibly) brake disc so it makes (scraping sound) noises while I ride at times. There is no derailleur guard so when my bike fell over due to wind, switching gears is a bit of an issue now. I cant go to first gear anymore but switching gears is still smooth. -Until I get that fixed someday... I would have liked to have rear suspension. More than once I had issues with drink and food spilling even just slightly from hitting bumps in the road but its manageable with towels and slow travel speeds. You wouldn't know otherwise. They put a suspension post under the seat so the buoyancy make it feels like the entire ride is full suspension. It's comfortable but the back end of the bike does not have the same treatment. Torque is powerful even at low speeds. I adjusted the speed to 5mph ish on sidewalks so not to startle people (including myself). Usb port doesn't charge your device efficiently. Amps are too low. Supports pass-through charging so if you have a powerbank, you can hook this up and extended your range even further. I did contact the company regarding the fast charger option. It ended up not getting delivered and going back to the company due to poor handling. It was left in an area where parcels are open to the public. Apparently it wasn't stolen as I thought it would be. It was just shipped back. Aside from that, not a bad bike. Wouldn't recommend it for delivering unless it had true full suspension but just cruising, or riding with a passenger, its a great option. ... show more
