I’ve had my bike for about 3 months and ridden it daily. It has so much power even for going up steep hills the pedal assist is so good and if you don’t feel like paddling, you can just use the throttle. I’m a bigger girl and it doesn’t have one problem. I bought the long range batterie and it goes for a really long time before I have to charge it. I take my daughter to school and pick her up we go everywhere on it. I think it’s made extremely well and most definitely worth the money. The only problem I’ve had with it is the reflector on the wheel rattles from time to time however, it doesn’t bother me bad enough to fix it. If your looking to get this bike for the price you won’t regret it. Oh, one last thing you can adjust the settings to your needs meaning when I first got the bike, it was set that the pedal assist would give you 50% of the power which was way too much for me. You get on it and it was like blowing off your seat. It was so much power so I adjusted it so it was more like 25% of the power in pedal assist gear one. It’s easy to do. There is a YouTube video on it and it just have to go in the settings and adjust it. There is also a really bright light for night riding. We will be buying another one it’s so much fun my husband fights with me over who gets to ride it. ... show more

the bike has many features that make this a good deal. Headlights, taillights. hydraulic breaks, large wheels, shock seat and front forks. Color display and 32amh battery for more range. Before riding the bike sett he tire pressure to 20 PSI. Bikes have a good tendency to get flats, so I and putting in a liquid that fixes flats on the go . Also I have found the customer service replies back in a timely manner. I put a mirror on and am changing the seat to a different style for my girlfriend who rides the bike. So far so good it rides nice and smoothe, fast, and still on one charge, after 38 miles with my daughter in the back, im going to buy a different seat for it and cant wait to get baskets, customer service was nice and quick response

    • DO NOT TRUST customer service or warranty.
Owned my bike about 8 weeks. But i havent been able to use it for almost 3 weeks now! At first, I drove this bike about 4 to 5 weeks. Went ok for a while. Drove over a Manhole cover. Both wheels went over it and that's when the trouble started. Rear motor dies. No response. Battery, controller and all controls seem to work. But no response. I contact seller. They do NOTHING but give me a trouble shooting list that I already did before contacting. But I humor them with no affect. Later, at home, the rear tube seemed to pop foe no reason. Seemingly, for no reason. Long story short 2 more tire tube later, i found metal shrapnel, about the width of a hair and about 2 cm long, inside the tire tread. Still doesn't hold a tube or air. So, I can't use it as a bicycle either. So this was a waste of 1500$ for customer service alone. I got this to try and make my 5 mile walk to work easier. It was for about 1 month i guess. I got this for the RV and trails at campgrounds but if I had to travel 20 miles to get water this will make it a lot easier. I added a trailer to it. The main reason for this one was the large battery at the price point and other features of the bike. But the features of the bike all seem to work well. So far no complaints. ... show more

So here’s my 1 month review. It is not a pedal assist bike when you pedal it just goes fast on all 5 speeds. ( I have a hyper e bike and you can atleast still pedal on low speed and it just assist a lil bit but you still feel like your pedaling on your own) this bike you might as well just stay full electric and never pedal. My brake lever is already leaking but they are sending me a replacement. Overall build quality is great and sturdy. Tires wear fast riding on the street. Seems like they are made for dirt. Battery lasts a really long time. And takes a long time to charge. Overall I like it just wish the pedal assist on low speed was not so powerful. ... show more

I over all like the bike. It’s perfect for myself. I purchased it due to the fact of the second seat. Which allows my youngest to ride with me. We ride almost daily around the neighborhood. We enjoy it. I purchased another seat, because long rides the seats it comes with is not comfortable.
