-We got the 10” Medium firm California King, I was hesitant to get anything lower than a 12” but it was on sale for $297 Cyber Monday. Within the first 30 mins it expanded to 9.5” -Comes in tiny box, other than the weight it makes it easy to move -I’d give it about a 7.5-8 firmness, first impressions seems quite supportive -The chemical smell people are talking about is barely noticeable, even straight out of the box your nose has to be in the mattress, then it just smells slightly like plastic wrap. -Very happy overall, we searched for months and couldn’t settle on anything. Decent mattress for the price. Well-made and made of good quality material. Mattress is pretty comfortable. Not medium firm like the listing but on the soft/firm side. That being said, I’m pretty impressed with how comfortable it is, I normally only like firm mattresses, but with this mattress I’m sleeping pretty well on it. There is very little to no feeling of movement when my wife rolls around so this could be a good mattress if your partner moves a lot at night. Im interested to see how well it holds up for the next few months as mattresses tend to get compacted pretty fast for me and end up creating a divet where I lay, so I’ll update this review if anything changes. ... show more

The box is HEAVY but it is nice that this mattress comes in a box! Despite the weight, it is possible for one strong person to carry it inside and upstairs (from our experience). Of course, once it is out of the box and it expands to full size, it won't go back in the box to move it again. But it is nice for the first time set up. I find this mattress to be pretty firm. I would describe it as firm but with a soft top layer, so you sink into the top a bit but the mattress doesn't move when the other person moves which is nice. I love that you don't need a box spring so it's a one and done situation. Works great on a platform bed frame. Standard queen-size sheets/mattress protector fit fine on this despite it being shorter in height than many mattresses. Overall, it's a comfy mattress! ... show more

Love the shrink wrap. Easy to move into the room you need it in! The mattress is only 8" thick, which is something I'm not used to. After airing it out and letting it take full shape, we slept on it. It's very comfortable! We put it on the box spring, and while it's not as high as the other mattress was, it's actually a better height! It's easier for our older dog to get up and down, lol.
