I recently got a hip surgery and partially due to the fact that I had to stop some of my medication‘s before the surgery and partially due to just the surgery stress itself, I somehow threw off my pH balance down there. And soap was not cutting it. I was getting other issues that you get when your pH balance goes off, and long story short, this had great reviews, but for the smell and the lack of irritation. I was actually really impressed with how quickly it got rid of the not fun smell that I was having, and how good it felt on my skin.
