It's soft. It works. It is only one ply though, which I didn't catch when I ordered it, so it's probably going to be our backup whenever we run out because nobody in our house can be bothered to let the person who does the shopping know that we need more toilet paper.

Considering that these are 1 ply toilet paper, I would say that its quality is much better than other 1 ply toilet papers out there, especially when compared to the toilet paper that's provided at public toilets. I grew up in a household that used 1 ply toilet paper because of its affordability, and honestly, you really don't need anything too fancy for wiping. This 1 ply toilet paper has exceeded my expectations because it's thicker than other 1 plys that I have used in the past, and because it's thicker, i find that it absorbs a whole lot better too. This toilet paper is quite tough, as I find it disintegrating into tiny little pieces when I wipe, but I would have to warn that you do have to be careful if your fingers are in between the seams of the toilet paper when wiping, because the seams are weak points and if you wipe too hard, your fingers will poke through the seams. This issue could be avoided if you fold your toilet paper when you wipe. For 48 rolls, I think these will last me a good while before I run out, so I am definitely getting a pretty good bang for my buck. ... show more

Scott ComfortPlus Toilet Paper, 48 Double Rolls, 231 Sheets per Roll, Septic-Safe, 1-Ply Toilet Tissue from the Scott Store I had just told The Hub that I was going to stop buying the TP that starts with K from the membership store because it's too 'dusty' and that I was going to go back to Scott or one of the other name brands when this deal popped up so I grabbed it. It's a good price! This paper is not that bad! It says it's 1-ply but it's a thick 1-ply. It's about the same thickness as the K brand but it's softer! So far, it's not 'dusty'. The rolls are small so I will be interested to see how long it lasts our family of 2 compared to the K brand. ... show more

To me these feel really rough and cheap compared to the big box store, huge packs. The only reason I can see picking these up are due to cost. It felt like gas station paper to me.

I was a bit unsure about this being 1-ply, but it turned out better than expected. It’s strong, soft, and absorbent, so a little goes a long way. I also like that it’s septic-safe, which makes plumbing clogs less of a concern. The rolls are double rolls, not as big as some "mega" rolls from other brands, but they still hold a decent amount. The 48-count pack is convenient, so I won’t have to restock anytime soon. Overall, a solid choice for a budget-friendly, reliable toilet paper. ... show more

This is a good deal on a large number of rolls! I like how they are also quick dissolve as I'm on a septic system at my home. That said, each roll appears to be much smaller than my typical store brand (value) that we normally purchase. Both the diameter of the roll as well as the height/width is smaller. Size for comparison: left is mega roll, right is the Scott roll. I loved the ribbed texture of this scott toilet paper. It gives great feeling when cleaning and I feel like it's strong enough with just 4 sheets. It's dual ply and does not break easily. I also find this similar to other brand name toilet papers in absorbency and thickness. Price is about the same if you catch a sale similar to big box stores. Perfect if you're looking to switch to a different brand to try! ... show more
