I have now ridden this long board for over 100 miles and am very impressed by its acceleration and breaking power. I have gone 33mph on a slight down grade and 30mph on level ground. After only 90 miles of riding it, the battery had a problem. However, I contacted customer support and they were quick to send me a new battery (the entire process took about 2 weeks)! The lights that come with the board broke off after only about 40 miles of use. Do not buy this board for the lights! The range depends on how hard you ride it, your weight, and how hilly the landscape is. For me being around 150 pounds, I can have ridden about 6 to 7 miles on the medium mode on relatively flat pavement which used only about 1/3 of the energy rating for the battery which means that the full range should be around 15 miles for me. I have not actually ridden it 15 miles because lithium ion batteries often are damaged when they are drained more than 50%, so I would never recommend riding the long board until the battery dies. To switch the direction of the board to front wheel drive, press the power button on the remote twice. To activate cruse control, press the power button on the remote while the throttle is at the desired position. Notice that the cruise will not keep you at a constant speed, but rather at a constant power. Very good design overall! I would highly recommend it! ... show more

This is the best purchase I have ever made, the skateboard is very nice looking, resistant, you simply start using it and realize that it is good quality, you trust it. the battery last a good amount of time and it charges fast. This is definitely a 5 stars product.

I bought this long-boar electric, and i can confirm that it's a very good product, respecting all the description on amazon. And the customer service is very reactive and very helpful, because i had a problem with the battery, and when i contacted them they were very helpful and very reactive, they immediately offered to send me a new battery at no cost, because they thought the problem was with the battery, and they were right, i was able to change my battery and now my longboard is working fine again. Im 48yrs old, 6ft. 260lbs. The board is full of power and the controller makes it easy to control. I reached a max speed of 29mph( i got wobbles and backed off.) and at a constant 20 to 25 i was able to squeeze out 12 miles. This was in Golden Gat Park Sanfrancisco. So some up and down but not much. Over all I bought a second one for my son and its worth it! ... show more

Well, I tell you what, I like the speed and how comfortable it is to ride. I have had a blast riding this skateboard. I would say the only downside to this board is it's a bit heavy, but that's also a plus. With more weight I believe makes a little more stability
