The chairs arrived early and when I opened the box one of the four frames was defective. The two metal frames on each chair that touch the floor have threaded levelers so that you can make the chair sit even on the floor. One of the four frames included had no threads and no levelers so that one chair would have levelers on one side and not on the other, making it sit unevenly. I have contacted the seller and I certainly hope that they will either ship me a new frame with levelers or allow me to return the item at their cost. Other reviews comment that the return shipping was at their expense and the cost was equal to the cost of the item. I truly hope this is not the case. If it is, Amazon should prevent this seller from listing this item. Repeated negative reviews should be enough to have them removed. ... show more

I originally ordered the chairs in the wrong height, They were gorgeous and packaged well so I did not want to return them but I had to. However the seller was good about sending me the FedEx printout for free shipping so that I could return them at no charge. I loved the original ones so much I couldn’t even wait to receive a refund and I took a chance and ordered the right size that very same day. The chairs are great additions to my home. I noticed that both chairs are missing one of the black rubber pieces that keep the chairs level. I will have to purchase two pieces because right now the chairs aren't level.
