d I figured it was worth a shot and they are great quality at a great price. I started using the lowest resistance the beginning of July and it was fine doing the floor exercises. I decided to kick it up a notch and wear a resistance band around my thighs while I was walking around my neighborhood with my kids in a stroller. It was a total game changer. I started building muscles and burning fat like crazy. Almost no sore muscles at all, probably my favorite part about it. It's probably the most empowered I've ever felt. I was 225lbs when I started and now I'm 205. I'm not going to stop using it, I just thought I would share my success. I love these resistance bands, they stay where I put them and they don't stretch out too much while I'm using them. I like the colors. I have used all of the different levels, they are perfect for me.

These bands are excellent quality at a great price. They're great for exercising on the road too. I love that there's a bag that keeps them together and the fact that they have an insert with pictures of exercises is also super helpful. The quality of these bands are great. The resistance levels are what I needed and they do not roll when using them. They are multi functional and have a good ability to stretch. I highly recommend these for purchasing to use at the gym or at home.

Excellent Well Make Bands

High quality bands that stay in place as you move. I like that there are different resistance levels that allow you to advance as you gain more strength. Added them to my current exercises & they take them to a whole new level.
