Wow! These bands are incredibly well-made and absolutely worth their stellar rating. They’re comfortable, stay in place without rolling down, and are extremely durable. If I say they’re good, then they’re good. I also love that they come with four band,definitely a product I can stand behind. Honestly, I feel like these are so well-built that I’ll be passing them down to my grandchildren’s children! If you’re on the fence, just get them—trust me, you won’t regret it! Everything I have read about losing weight as an obese individual has said that I need to lift heavy. I bought a 35lb kettlebell and I was lifting every weekday hoping to get the results I see everyone else getting. It was very slow and painful but I was finally seeing results. I saw these in June and I figured it was worth a shot and they are great quality at a great price. I started using the lowest resistance the beginning of July and it was fine doing the floor exercises. I decided to kick it up a notch and wear a resistance band around my thighs while I was walking around my neighborhood with my kids in a stroller. It was a total game changer. I started building muscles and burning fat like crazy. Almost no sore muscles at all, probably my favorite part about it. It's probably the most empowered I've ever felt. I was 225lbs when I started and now I'm 205. I'm not going to stop using it, I just thought I would share my success. I love these resistance bands, they stay where I put them and they don't stretch out too much while I'm using them. I like the colors. I bought them use but in good condition. They look brand new though. They feel very stiff Compared to other brand and the rubber ones. I hope that’s how it’s supposed to be. I’ll give them a chance and try them out. They do look very durable. I’ll update a review ☺️

I workout program where the instructor uses similar bands but looked up the price and they were more than double than these. I decided to try these out instead due to price, (I’ve used the thinner bands before but always struggled with them rolling up) and because these look like they stayed in place better. Iwas not disappointed! They are a thick elastic material, in fun colors so easy to distinguish level of resistance. I love how well they stay in place and do not dig into your thighs when in use. Also much easier to transition from different bands during a workout. They fold down nicely and fit perfect In The carrying pouch provided. Great product for the price. ... show more

The bands are great! They stay put- no rolling like other material. I will say they are tight, but maybe the material just needs to stretch a little. I use the easiest band and it’s tough.
