I bought this as a reading chair, it’s super soft and I love the color, very comfortable. I thought it was going to be bigger and sit higher but it’s more small and sits lower to the floor. I love everything about this chair. I am a very petite/short person so the lowness of the chair is not an issue for me. The only issue I had was putting it together, the instructions weren’t the best. I think it would be easier with two people. Other than that, it’s great!

The media could not be loaded. Too loo to the floor. One of the screws were defective (one of the treads had a notch on it) and the screw wouldn't properly thread. I was able to force it half way in and then it was stuck. I didn't wanna go through the Hassel of calling and waiting for another screw to be shipped out to me plus I didn't wanna send the whole chair back because of a messed up screw (I wished they'd checked before shipping to make sure the hardware fitted properly). Other than the jacked up screw, the chair was a breeze to put together. It could use a tad bit more padding in the seat (I can slightly feel the square metal frame inside the seat). The chair is beautiful, just too short (I'm 5'6"). I'd give it a 5 star if it was 4" taller and 2oz more of padding in the seat. It should've cost $60 less because of the height. Shipping was way too high --$89 but shouldn't have been more than $20 for a prime member. $265+$89=$354 + tax (nearly $400 for the chair. I wouldn't pay $400 for the chair again. I ordered it from Amazon because I thought it sat higher than that same style chair at Home Depot. If you'd Luke to have this same chair for a shorter person or a kid, save yourself $170 and just buy it from Home Depot if there's one near you; you'll save $89 right off the bat just on shipping. I ordered red but the item was Burgundy. And the instructions sucked. There is a second zipper on the back of the back piece you need to open to place the nuts on the bolts that isn't shown in directions. Otherwise I absolutely love this chair. I believe my sister 2ill be buying one as well now.

Pros Soft fabric. Nice cushioned feel. You don't sink in but it's not firm. It was delivered before the scheduled time frame. The seat is wide. Me and my 4 yr old fit comfortable. It's not heavy and can easily be moved around. Super easy to put together. It is built with a bit of recline to it. Which is what I need with POTS. I need something that allows me to recline to the elevation I do in bed, as bed is where I spend a majority of my day due to health. Cons It's low to the ground. I'm 5'4 and the top of the seat comes up to the base of my skull. So I can't lay my head back. I wish it had a little more give to the cushion because I wanted a soft, pillowy, sink in type chair. The pros outweigh the cons. It's a great chair. A bit pricy but I am pleased with the product. I had to fight my kids and husband to sit in my chair. Lol. I wanted to share a picture of this chair in real life so you can get a better sense of size and color. I wish I could have. ... show more
