This is my first set of bands. and have been a good supplement to my weight program. I don't know how they would fare as a full replacement however. I also would recommend a pair of gloves as with the largest band can be irritating in the hand under high tension at times.

The media could not be loaded. I use these 4 or 5 days a week and they have helped me so much. I have a little home gym and do not have a lot of weights so these were a great affordable substitute. Love the large size range. They have great stretch and have have not seen anything wrong with them yet such as pulled parts or cuts. I've had these for about 3 months.
