This is my first set of bands. and have been a good supplement to my weight program. I don't know how they would fare as a full replacement however. I also would recommend a pair of gloves as with the largest band can be irritating in the hand under high tension at times.

They are perfect! They seemed stiff but after one or two uses, it was better. Not like stretched out, just broke in. Like the biggest one held my 175lb above the bar making pull ups hard to do, but I let a shorter person use it and the next time it worked perfect for me. I’ve used them a few times a week. The media could not be loaded. I use these 4 or 5 days a week and they have helped me so much. I have a little home gym and do not have a lot of weights so these were a great affordable substitute. Love the large size range. They have great stretch and have have not seen anything wrong with them yet such as pulled parts or cuts. I've had these for about 3 months. The bands are more sturdy than expected. My sons trainer recommended buying bands for modified days and they are perfect when he’s not/cant lifting heavy weights but still want to strength train. Comes with a waterproof bag to keep them all together.
