So easy to install; took me less than 5 minutes! Very accurate and I love some of the information on my iphone like how long the vehicle has been parked as well as the battery voltage! Love this unit!! Iam getting a second one for my other car!!

The device was incredibly easy to install and is great for tracking any trips taken. However, it does say my ignition is on 90% of the time even when it is not, probably because of other stuff I have hooked to the battery. This causes a lot of "trips" to register where my vehicle doesn't leave the driveway. But it works beautifully or tracking my "actual" trips, I love the map feature that lets you see exactly where you have been. ... show more

It's overall a good product, the customer service for US customers with regards to billing and the transparency of how billing works is lackluster. The feature to the give you the route to the location of the vehicle does not work in the mobile app, but it does have very accurate location of where it is. ... show more

    • It works very well. It displays a nice map to help people know where you are.
I installed the device in my side by side which I frequently drive in the wilderness. It might save my life by showing my wife my location if I break down or have an accident.

I purchased this unit in June 2023 to use on my motorcycle. It is April 2024 and Ive been paying the monthly fee since. Keep in mind that I didn't use the unit for several months during winter. Now that my son is driving my vehicle. I installed the unit in my vehicle as instructed. I had nothing but trouble with this thing. It works half the time and when it does my son is already home before the unit updates. Sometimes it says stationary and idling when the car is moving. I contacted this company several times and all they do is sent me instructions on how to install the unit. Mounting this thing in the recommended location and power source is not rocket science. Yet they always respond with the same nonsense. I am definitely looking for another brand and company. Preferably in the US. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this junk. ... show more
