First, let me start off by saying that Veement's customer service is great. This V200 dash cam comes with a cigarette lighter charger, which I can't use in my car. I sent a message to the seller and received a reply in less than 24 hours with a solution. This is where the kudos stop. As far as the actual product and included accessories, 1) The adhesive on the electrostatic film barely sticks to the car glass. 2) The adhesive on the camera mount holds about as good as a piece of scotch tape so the camera keeps falling down either way 3) The VeeCar app must be continously open on your phone without any interruptions in order for the camera to record. This means if you receive a text or respond to a text real quick the recording stops. 4) The device's internal WiFi, which you must use, doesn't allow any other connections at the same time. So, you won't be able to stream music on your phone & listen to it via your car speakers. You won't be able to use bluetooth. You won't be able to use GPS. 5) The picture quality is just ok but definitely doesn't seem like the advertised 1440P (or 1080P). If you never need to use your phone for anything while you're in your car, this dash cam might work for you (if you find a way to get it to stay on your windshield or rear window). My advise to others is to keep searching for something better, and pass on this Veement V200 2.5K 1440P car camera with app & WiFi CONTROL (ASIN B0CKQDK7J1). This ain't it! ... show more
