This has been a nice coat for my French bulldog. It's pretty easy to get on her, snapping along the belly. The back slit works well for attaching the leash to her harness. We have a no-pull harness but cannot use the front leash hook with this coat or the front snaps come undone. We've used the coat for two full winters before on of the snaps came off. It washed up well in the washing machine and dries fairly quickly, too. It's got a nice fleece lining and keeps the dog mostly dry unless she's out in a pouring rain. The bottom does get pretty wet and muddy when she tromps through rain puddles or snow, but as I mentioned, it cleans up easily. I bought this for my yorkie who is a very tiny dog. I bought her a size small and it fit her fine. I could have bought and xs but I think the small is still good. She seems to be warm and wasn’t shivering as much in the cold while we were out with it on. The material is decent and it looks as pictured. It’s not a very heavy jacket either.
