My only complaint is that I would have preferred the zipper for the lunch compartment had two zipper pulls instead of one so I could access the compartment from the driver's seat. I purchased this for work and I don't regret it. It has great padding in the shoulder straps and on the back. It has a lot of pockets for organizing. You have put 16 oz. In need of a new backpack I jumped on Amazon to search and quickly came across this bag. After reading reviews I decided to go for it. Received my bag a few days ago and started using it immediately. First off, you can see this bag is high quality from the look and feel. The straps are very comfortable, easy to adjust and have straps to clip around your front. Plenty of pockets and more than enough room to carry my devices and lunch. I currently carry my laptop with a portable external screen as well as a Microsoft tablet with keyboard. Packed lunch for the day with that and still had plenty of room. Could have fit a few more laptops in there if needed. The bag is a basic black which I prefer. Overall this bag is awesome and very happy with everything about it especially for the price. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a comfortable bag with lots of storage. ... show more

I received this backpack as a birthday gift so I can carry everything in one bag for work. I love all the compartments and pockets which is good for all kinds of items. The one downfall I have is the bottom compartment which is designed to hold food items (hot or cold & is insulated) doesn't hold up very well if you remove the food items to place in fridge. Once the items are removed from the compartment the back pack slouches and leans forward. There is no other support within that pocket to hold it up. If there was some sort of structure within in it keep its shape it would be perfect. All in all the backpack is good just needs more structure. ... show more

I received mine yesterday evening and put my stuff in there this morning so far my impressions the first impressions are all positive. The design the material quality ergonomics everything looks like it's a very well thought through product. I had some reservations on the size of the cooler portion of it before I received it I thought it might be a little too small but it is perfect for me. The zippers are incredibly comfortable very smooth almost no effort needed to zip or unzip. I will of course update this review if the material quality disappoints in a short amount of time. I would like to see this backpack/cooler/lunchbox to last me at least 3 years. I am a truck driver who packs his lunch and laptop and some books and notebooks etc and my bag will be indoors inside my truck all day long it will not be used in harsh environments I just wanted something that combined all I carry everyday instead of a laptop bag and a cooler now I have all in one place so if the zippers or the stitches don't go bad in a short amount of time you will not see an update that is the only reservation I have but only time will prove that. ... show more
