For it being the cheapest full sized bed with headboard on the internet (from what I researched), I am very impressed. Assembly was fairly easy with the help of one other person and it is super sturdy, no rocking whatsoever. It did come with a super small dent on the design of the headboard, but I am pretty indifferent personally. Definitely beats having the mattress on the floor like I was living with previously. ONE IMPORTANT NOTE ABOUT ASSEMBLY: tightening the screws can be a bit difficult and I can't imagine doing it alone, please get one person to help, people who are complaining about the bed being loose or noisy did NOT tighten the screws properly. If you don't have experience assembling things, it is an easy mistake to happen. It lasted about 2 months of daily use before it has started creaking a little bit as you get in and out, but nothing too crazy as of yet I can still roll around at night and no noise is made, probably could be fixed with some oil or retightening the screws. If I remember I'll give another 6 month update, but I'm still really pleased so far. ... show more

So I just had hip surgery almost 2 weeks ago. Within a week of having it, my bed fell through the frame. I didn’t want to risk that happening again. So instead of fixing it, I bought a new bed frame. I chose this frame and within 2 days it arrived. Fast shipping! Love it! After it arrives, I figured out how to maneuver it into my bedroom. I sit down on the floor and open this box. I wasn’t expecting to have to build my own frame. But hey, that’s okay. it was fun and aggravating at the same time. I get the instructions out and I start reading them and I start building this thing. Well as I’m getting close to finishing this thing, it gets super difficult. As I start to work on the supports in the middle of the frame, I realize the holes are not lining up with the parts… I spent several minutes sitting there cursing Amazon and the factory people for doing such a horrible job at building this. And then all of screws went missing. At this point I’m mad. I’m tossing everything in my room trying to figure out where these screws are while cursing Amazon and the factory people. And this went on for like 20mins. I even called my mom to try and complain to her about how messed up this frame is and how horrible of a job was done. She didn’t answer. So Amazon and Factory guys, I didn’t get to complain to my mother. 🤣 So at this point I’m so frustrated and just ready to tear it down and send back as a bad product. But I took some deep breathes and went through the instructions again. After sitting there for another 10mins looking at these instructions and shaking my head, I start cursing myself. This entire time it had absolutely NOTHING to do with Amazon and the Factory people. This entire time my eyes weren’t reading properly. I got the screws all sorts of mixed up. So I traced my steps backwards to see where I screwed up at and I finally got it all situated. In the end, I got the thing put together properly, and I got my box spring on it and my mattress. With all of that being said, this frame is super sturdy, it’s comfortable, and it’s not to big or to small. It’s the perfect size. Amazon, I’m sorry for cursing y’all. A nice, sturdy but not clunky or massive bedframe. The directions they gave were easy to follow. One person can put this bedframe together with little difficulty but it'll be much easier with two. As a note, this bedroom has 6 posts - there are two 'support posts' in the middle on each side, so if you're buying floor or slide protectors for the bed, make a note of that. The support offered by the underpinnings on the bed (it has steel crossbars running from head to foot) means that if you're using a new mattress up to modern specs, you won't need a box spring, and the height of the bed's head and footboards mean you can't really put a box spring on it anyway. The bed itself is attractive, elegant, and minimalist. It would work in almost any room, unless you absolutely cannot have something with a basic black/wrought iron look. A great bed for a kid's room, a small bedroom, or a guest room. ... show more

The box packaging was by far THE BEST of all the heavy furnitures I ordered from Amazon. I had a few incidents where the sellers/manufacturers did not pack it nicely and products got damaged in the process of shipping/handling. This one, however, was super professionally packed— they used perfectly fit styrofoams and put tapes in between to secure the box with the product so that the product would not move around inside the box. Everything arrived with no damage, and I was really impressed. Assembly was not hard either— it took me about an hour to finish setting up. The only downside was I had to tape each corner of the slat parts because for some reason, there was no feature to secure each slat to the rails. But using a masking tape fixed it.
