I purchased this for my spare bedroom. The only complaint I had was the legs on the footboard were punched wrong and I had to send for replacement legs. It took 3 weeks to get them. The company did not respond very quickly to my request or emails. It was pretty frustrating. And I was not provided a way to track the package. The part ended up coming from China. Very pleased with my purchase, it wasn't hard to put together but it wasn't the easiest thing either. Id say medium. Allen wrenches hurt my hand so maybe use a drill attachment but don't go crazy. It did take two people to make sure it all lined up right but I love it. Sturdy and quiet
