Sturdy and versatile. We added zip ties to the two sliding parts to keep them in place inside our cabinet laying down. I would say that's the only design flaw, as the set didn't come with stoppers. We don't have a large pot/pan collection, but height of your cabinet and pans should be taken into consideration. Our grill pan didn't fit because it was too wide, so we just set it at the end, against the cabinet wall and the rack system keeps it in place. I just bought this. Installed it last night. I'm very happy with it. I like that it's a very solid construction. It's made of sturdy Iron bars. It's big enough to hold 11 of my pot lids. It would hold more, but I don't have it fully extended due to space constraints. Which brings up another thing I like. It's very flexible and easy to fit into whatever space you need. It's super easy to install and adjust. The only potential drawback, is that it's kinda heavy. But, that might actually be a positive if you are placing it in a position where you really need it to stay in place. ... show more

I purchased 2 of these racks and they certainly don't hold the number of pots/pans that the vendor's pictures show. I guess those must be very short pots in the picture. Between the 2 racks I wasn't able to get all my pots and pans in and I don't have room for a 3rd rack. The supports are a bit to close together for the pots but if I didn't fit them that way then I wouldn't have been able to get 6 pots in, only 5. Being closer together they scrap my pots when pulled out. The supports for the pans had to be a bit farther apart as the closer rung didn't allow them to fit in so that's why they are leaning a bit. I've decided to keep them after learning about the environmental impact of items returned to Amazon (30-40% returned) with a lot ending up in the landfill. ... show more
