It’s a great “looking” leash and probably ok for small dogs. Bought this for our Malinois puppy (25 lbs) and within 3-4 walks the stitching started to unravel. Not a huge deal as it hasn’t completely fallen apart. Just not recommended for med-larger dogs. The rope handle will be uncomfortable to your hand too, if your dog is a puller. I love this leash it’s my second but it’s a bit overkill for my 9lb dog I wish they made a thinner version. My dog is with me 24/7 and people always compliment this leash. I have a big, heavy dog that loves to play with his leashes. He's torn apart several doing this. Then I got this leash... for the price, I'd say it's a good value. It's also soft enough that it doesn't tear up my hands when we play tug. It's almost two years old now and still holding strong.
