I wanna start off with, where the heck is my refund. Originally, when I had looked at the phone, the website said that it was an iPhone 12 pro max then, shortly after the product shipped it sent a verification, and on the verification, it was completely different and description, then what it was when I ordered it now, as I got the phones, they're not an actual iPhone, they are an absolute piece of crap, the battery died within minutes of use and it was on full charge before using it, it doesn't even fit an actual iPhone case, thankfully, it did come with its own case, but it does not work at all and it's an absolute piece of garbage don't buy, the seller should be sell are should be banned. ... show more

    • camera quality terrible.unlocked, was not capable to carriers.not able to download certain apps.
I was not able to get the face recognition to work, the battery life was decent. I was not able to get metro or Verizon to activate the phone.. I was not able to access the fingerprint reader… horrible purchase

    • Phone freezes a lot and it’s super slow.
The Phone went in a powering loop sometimes when I tried to restart it. The design of the phone Looks great but I wish it was that good on the inside. This phone can be a great fit for consumers, it’s just need to be more efficient with software power.
