This purchase was going off only one review of someone else that loved it and I am so thankful she took the time to leave that review! So I hope she reads this! It’s hard to go off of one review because if you look at other couches, there will be one good review and 10 bad reviews for the same couch. I cannot say enough good things about this couch. I just moved in to a new home in a new state & wanted something affordable but good quality, pretty & I really wanted it to be SOFT. This is one of the first things I have bought to furnish a completely empty new home and a new beginning. I feel like I will have this couch for many years, it is very durable and strong and sturdy. I got the U-shaped couch and it came in seven boxes. They were all delivered together by FedEx at the same time, which I felt very lucky to have happened hearing that sometimes the shipments are separated and can come on different days, which would not be a problem either. Each box contained a part with zero defects they were perfect! And it’s easy to assemble. And to my surprise, each cushion is super fluffy! The couch material is soft to the touch. Dirt has wiped off easily to my surprise. I’m leaving this review so that other people know and see a second good review for this company. I recommend the seller 1000%! if you are considering this couch, it will be worth it. For the price this is absolutely amazing!!! other couches this size, this quality & this style are twice as much. I actually like this couch better than a much more expensive, much larger couch I’d gotten from a popular company I’ve had for a few years. I also wanted to add that the seller emails you with tracking numbers to each separate box, and will respond if anything goes wrong or if you have any questions or concerns within 24 hours. I cannot say enough good things about the seller & company. Because of the seller emailing/sending the tracking numbers, I was able to track the delivery of each box so I could be home when all 7 boxes came & not at work. Thank you!!!! ❤️ ... show more

I had done weeks of research for many different couches, but I had very specific measurements since I have a ductless heating and cooling unit in my apartment. I also needed it to be able to fit into my apartment elevator, which is smallish. So I landed on a modular couch. After reading the reviews on this couch, I decided to give it a shot. And holy MOLY am I grateful I did! It came pretty quick; 3 boxes arrived one day, the other 4 arrived the next day. I set this up by myself, and I am not a strong person and it was EASY! It fits my space perfectly, and gives me room to entertain guests! It’s actually quite comfy too! I’m sitting (completely sprawled out on it) as I type this! It matches my apartment decor aesthetic perfectly, and I am in LOVE! The backs are slightly low, but honestly it’s not bad. I have tall pillows to make up the difference. Ordered the u shaped sectional for my new apartment. Delivery date was accurate but upon receiving I noted a piece was missing. Contacted seller, response was timely and the matter was resolved fairly quickly. They shipped out the missing piece and offered me a discount, which I did appreciate. Arrived in multiple boxes, which aren’t heavy in my opinion. Assembly was very easy, the pieces snap on. I was able to assemble it alone. Very comfortable and plush seats. Like everyone else, I was nervous to order a couch from Amazon, but based off reviews I felt confident that if I needed to reach out to the seller about any issues, that they would be accommodating and communicative. And that couldn’t be more true. Although this couch did not fit my space as well as I wanted, the return and refund process was incredible. The seller kept in constant communication with me and created an open dialogue to fix any issues. The couch itself is comfortable and beautiful, just didnt fit my space as well as I hoped. The couch came missing the ottoman piece. Although the couch looks beautiful, the width of the seats is a bit awkward. The pictures and reviews made it seem like this would be a fluffy and cozy couch, but unfortunately it's really firm and with the back pillows on it doesn't really leave much space to really get comfortable or settle in. Great looking couch, but I'm disappointed in what I got for the price. wouldn't recommend. Pros: easy set up, boxes weren't too heavy, fast shipping. Quite happy with this purchase and pleasantly surprised I could get this on Amazon! I was waiting for it to come back in stock in the beige and I'm so happy it did! I got 7 boxes - some shipped on various days which I had also read in previous comments but worked out just fine. The couch was easy to assemble and fits PERFECTLY for what I need in my lounge area. I love the fact the couch can change shape to fit the needs of the space and can confirmed I have napped on it in movie mode and it is quite comfortable. Pillows are firm which I think will be great for overtime use. The individual couch seats are not very deep seating if you're used to a deeper lounge couch but truly love this for the value, functionality and overall ease of assembly.
