We received this product very quickly. Everything came unbroken and no missing parts. There is alot to put together but when it's all said in done this product is so beautiful and flawless. You need to make make sure you spend your time putting this together and do not rush through it because it takes patience and lots of attention to detail. My husband put this together in about 4 hours. The vanity is great quality if your on a budget and want to save money. I ordered the vanity that had the most drawers, it hold lots of make up and all the things you love. All the pieces are lightweight and not super heavy. I love this so much and very certain it will last for many years to come. I couldn't afford the more expensive vanity that I was wanting for so many years but this was a great alternative like I said before. LOVE LOVE LOVE this! Highly recommend buying this. This is a particle board vanity that has a nice look to it. My biggest problem was the hardware. The screws were not the right size for the holes and weren’t catching. The Hellman screws labeled A. Are not the right length to mount the mirror. Part 1 is not the same as the part mapping. Instead of part 1. Which is a part of the mirror frame. There is a part 1 and 43. There are no instructions on how to put it together. The drawer tracks are a little confusing to figure out and not labeled well. The instructions are horrible and when you get half way through the process you get stumped on what to do. I had to buy hardware at Lowe’s to complete this vanity. It came out nice but I don’t recommend this one. The glass top does not fit in the slot. I had to shave the wood to make it fit and the mirror was scratched. Spend a little more money to get a better experience and vanity. ... show more

i love love love the vanity its so cute and wider than i thought which was perfect, but never again will i be building a vanity, instructions were easy in my opinion nothing like the reviews said but it took forever to build since theres so many nails to drill and pieces, id recommend paying someone to do it, other than that i absolutely love it and would definitely recommend ESPECIALLY because of the price!! ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I love this vanity how it looks and the quality. Perfect size for my bedroom although I wish the drawers were a lot bigger. Only the top 3 are wide but not deep. Assembly took a long time because I did it alone, pretty much a whole days worth of work. I had to drill my own holes for the placement of the mirror to keep it from falling back or forward because with a lot of massed produced furniture there’s always defects. That was pretty much the only thing that I had an issue with. The instructions are pretty straight forward if you actually know how to read/count/follow instructions. If you don’t, pay someone to put this together because this was not for the weak. I rather clean my bathroom with my tongue than do that ever again. Good value for the amount I paid! Very beautiful vanity. But quite smaller than expected. Drawers are a bit crooked because the metal parts for sliding the drawers were bent. Vanity seemed to be made for younger girls. As an adult it’s very low to the ground. Steps provided were okay but not the best. Had to make my own holes and improvise on some of them. The top of the desk is maybe 1-3 inches lower than an average desk. Besides that, it’s a very cute vanity and does what I need it to do. I’ve been looking for a vanity for a while the price wasn’t right decided to check on Amazon and found this one read all the reviews and pictures and decided to get it took at least 4 hrs to finish it but it was worth it I love my vanity it has plenty of storage the brightness of the lights is great no missing parts is very sturdy I definitely recommend you to get it I got the 15 drawers one and I will be getting the 11 drawers one for my daughter i have seen it and it’s nice too ... show more

needed a refund due to no longer needing it since i was moving out of my place. they gave me a shipping label, i went to the post office, turns out i wouldve had to pay to ship it out? (which was $200+) no way JOSEEE am i paying almost as much as i paid for the dang vanity.. i kindly disputed this charge as they couldnt give me a free shipping label because i didnt have any “missing parts” & amazon couldnt do anything for me since it is a 3rd party seller. after i made the dispute, i sold it to a friend and made an extra $350 so it all worked out in the end! i also saw her build this for 2 DAYS because of how many parts there were. not an easy assembly at all & i thought itd be way bigger and taller? honestly glad i sold it lol, DO NOT recommend buying from here! ... show more
