I love these bowls, they are very pretty and look just like the picture. I purchased two sets, and received many compliments on them. HOWEVER, the only complaint I have is with the packing. The glass of these bowls is not fragile, it is the packing materials for the bowls that worked miserably. The styrafoam did a very poor job of protecting the bowls, and there was a broken bowl in each of the sets. It's so complicated to report a damaged product! Anyway, the company quickly sent replacements, in time for my dinner party but the next box had a broken bowl too. Now I have to return three boxes with the broken pieces or risk getting charged for the replacements. That aspect of my purchase is obviously a hassle. ... show more
