I love this couch! Good purchase for the price. With cost of living on the rise I down-sized my living and needed something small, affordable and could seat my company. I liked that this had cup holders, storage ++, converted to a bed for guests, and USB chargers. It does arrive in two separate LARGE boxes which they only provide tracking for one box but it was only 2 or 3 days difference between the second box (which is actually box one) arriving. The cushions are vacuum sealed so you need to allow 24-48 hrs for the air to fluff them up. It took 20 minutes to assemble. The bed process is easy pull up and out and putting it back is easy too. Once opened in bed position it appears to be queen size. I have slept on it twice now as a bed and its comfortable - I don't wake with pain so it should be fine for company. I weight 150lbs and my husband weighs 240lbs so it held the both of us no looseness/wobbliness after. Both sides have narrow storage arms - but they can hold the TV remote and phone charging cables and if you read magazines. The outside bottom has two slim pockets for storage that are tight so not very flexible (if you over stretch it you could pull the seams holding them in place but not an issue for me). Again, the outside pockets are probably for magazines, puzzle magazines. I really love the storage trundle under the lounger. I put all my throws in there. My only complaint is the cup holders could be a little bit deeper since they are maybe an inch deep which its not a big deal for adults but for someone with kids they may topple out of the holder. Everything in this room is pretty much from Amazon. The fireplace/entertainment stand, the pillows (covers on Amazon and pillow inserts separate), the book cases on the side of fireplace ent. center (I chalked white), the shelf behind the couch and the printer stand are also Amazon. I feel like I have the perfect living room now and its coming together nicely thanks to my coffee, wine and Amazon Prime. lol. ... show more

We wanted a cheaper version of the 3 person couch that has a pull out basically making a full size bed, and this is perfect for it. Came in two boxes at same time with instructions. Found out by accident you can place chase lounge part on either side. Seat cushions aren't the greatest if using as a couch would recommend getting better ones. Back cushions are great sturdy fluffiness that holds it shape. Love that sides open up for storage for all the snacks. Can hold 12oz energy cans and still have an 1 inch of clearance. Wish cup holders were deeper. Extremely easy to bump drinks out of it. But it is wide enough to hold 1 liter bottles. Also wish it had usb port on both sides not just chase lounge part. Works great to charge remote and still be able to use it. Got the dark grey color. Think dark grey like almost faded black denim color. After using couch for a while the fabric becomes super soft to the touch. Like how soft vintage style tshirts feel. But is still sturdy. We keep it pulled out as one big lounge bed in living room for us and the dogs. Bought a full size Japanese futon for. Before futon me being 5"4 was actually able to sit on couch comfortably with feet flat on floor. This is normally a huge problem for us short girls. Couldn't sit for an hour due to seat cushions being very thin and flatten out fast. Overall frame seems to be very sturdy. No issue with futon constantly being on it. The pull out part creaked at times at very beginning when crawling over it, feel like it was just from it settling in. Only problem is the right side arm rest does not fit snugly up against rest of couch. It slightly leans out to the right. Did this from the start and with storage empty. This is why I gave it 4 stars. Would I rebuy it, yes. Reccomend it to others yes as a lounge bed spot but not just sitting as couch. ... show more

It’s a smidge smaller than we’d expected but it still fits perfectly! Like the other comments mention, it is not the comfiest couch ever. However it is also not the most uncomfortable, it’s not unbearable. The company itself was very hands on and informed us OFTEN on where it was. Overall super satisfied! I was thinking about getting this sofa and wasn't sure what to expect, reality is that this is not the most comfortable sofa bed , is nice looking, some what easy to assemble, I like the cup holders and the USB charging ports, for the price I think is fine what I've got, in the pictures it seems more comfortable and the seats a little more bigger than what they actually are not sure if with the time they'll get better since they were all wrapped around in the box. For those of you who are complaining about only getting one box read the description, it clearly says that it will be separate in 2 boxes and most likely they won't be delivered together so you have to wait for the rest or ask the seller fhr second tracking number so you can track it. ... show more

How am I supposed to assemble this product with no instructions? And where am I supposed to find instructions online? I've looked and there's nothing. Would have been very useful to have instructions, as now I have a mess of sofa parts spread throughout my living room. What a mess.

The couch is okay, it is a cheap couch that will get you by if you can’t afford to go to a real furniture store. The couch is tiny and not very comfortable to lounge on. The instructions have absolutely no words, which makes them a little hard to follow. The company also did not make it clear that it will be delivered in two different boxes and two different times. The couch is made more for a collage dorm than for a home. It's construction is pretty cheap, the cushions are not comfortable,and it's alot smaller then it looks in the picture( alot smaller ). On the up side it is made for a small room like in a dorm. I'm 6' tall and I don't exactly fit on it too well. The usb charger was in 1 arm rest not in both, but it works good and the storage is pretty good, if you're a collage student. ... show more
