My bedroom stays between 80°-83° at night and up to 88° at the hottest part of the day. When I get home from work, this blanket is cool to the touch. I dont how it's possible that a blanket is cooler than everything else around it, but it is. It even cools down my matters under it. It has changed my sleep entirely. I no longer wake up sweating. Luckily, the AC vent is overtop of my bed and when it's blowing air and hitting the blanket, I can feel the coolness radiating from the spot. It does cool however like any blanket it does warm up, but it feels very nice and definitely feels cooler than a standard comforter/blanket and I’m happy with it helps for hot sleepers.

The media could not be loaded. It’s summer time and I don’t like turn on ac when sleeping. My old comforter is way too hot during the summer so I got this cooling comforter is great! It makes me not sleep sweaty anymore and it’s lightweight

This is listed as a king blanket/comforter and is barely wide enough to cover an inch on each side of the bed. I’m okay with it cause I’m solo but if you are looking for cover sharing qualities this is not for you. Wanted to review it just in case those stopped at the word blanket as this doesn’t even cover the width of a comforter or quilt. Haven’t tested it yet for sleeping, just put it on my bed and found it lacking in width. This is not placed incorrectly either as the length of the blanket/comforter just reaches the top of the bed with very little hanging off the footboard. ... show more

    • Not Wide Enough. I Found an alternate use for it.

I found that this blanket is is too slick and not wide enough. Once the blanket slides to one side the weight will keep pulling to that side since it is very slick and slides around easily. It is cold to the touch but doesn't breathe much at all so heat can still build up underneath the blanket. For me it didn't work on my Twin size bed. Maybe this would be better suited as a blanket to cover up with while on the couch or something. The quality of the blanket was good just need to be wider and les slick to the touch. Update: I placed this under my bed sheets to use kinda like a pillow topper. using this way I could tell a little bit of a difference. If I sleep without a shirt my back would be a little sweaty at times. But now with this under my bed sheets I have not notice any sweating at night. So not its intended use but at least I found a use for it. ... show more
