I sat on this in my cart for MONTHS. I re-read all the reviews 400 times and finally (after a little bit of wine) I pulled the trigger. It came in a few different large boxes and after reading the reviews, I was anticipating not GREAT assembly instructions. And that is correct. The instructions are not the easiest to decipher. But honestly, after I build the first part, the rest was pretty much exactly the same. I knocked the whole set out by myself in about 4-5 hours. What I was REALLY nervous for the fire pit and after I finished building it, I made my boyfriend drive to the store and get a propane tank to test it out. It was PERFECT! I cannot believe the quality for the price! Not sure how it will hold up through the winter, but I have it under a screened in patio so we will see! ... show more

This is a nice set. Assembly wasn't the greatest and the directions are not well written, but we figured it out and it looks great put together. It did come with a few scuffed pieces, but they get covered with cushions. I don't have time to have them replaced as we are hosting an event this weekend.

The media could not be loaded. I like the color and 4 seat sofa option! The fabric is nice and has that dry wick material. We had a little backyard Flamingo 🦩 party last night with the neighbors and I sat there for a couple hours. It was comfy - But I worry if it will hold heavier people (without a sinking gap in the cushion or frame). I noticed one of the single chair cushions when a lady was sitting in it and the cushion was squished around her as normal but for me I felt the frame sinking in a bit- and I’m only 155lb! I hope that is normal and not going to be a long term problem as we use our patio All the time when the weather is nice! So I will reserve the right to change my high rating score is it doesn’t last. But again, hoping it’s all normal . Overall it’s a nice conversation set , great for parties and it was super easy to put together I did it all myself in 2 days - could have gotten it done sooner, but I had other tasks to do in between Also, don’t freak out when you cushion covers aren’t in the 4 boxes it is shipped separately- mine came a week later! ... show more

Awesome patio set and great customer service. It arrived in multiple boxes. Only thing is it take 3-4 hours to assemble. My fire pit burner system was not working as expected but customer service was very quick and helpful to resolve the issue for me

The media could not be loaded. This is a very nice set! Different ways to position the couches to your liking. A very nice fire pit , it’s my favorite thing about the entire set!!! Instructions were fair but did take some reviewing to understand. Some minor pieces come a little lose and don’t fit properly which is why I can’t rate it a 5. The media could not be loaded. My family is growing fast and a couple chairs with a table didn't work anymore. One side of my backyard was completely empty and unusable until I decided to make this purchase. Money well spent and now plenty of seats for family and friends. (btw pillows are not included; it's my wife's personal touch) The whole set was easy to assemble with clear instructions no more than two pages per item. Although there was a part missing (didn't prevent me from setting it up) I contacted support and within a couple days I had the part in my hands to complete the set. Make sure you organize the screws and see what goes where before you start assembling as it will save tons of your time. Took me around 2-3 hours to fully assemble but wasn't going full speed. As for the quality and sturdiness, my kids jump on the chairs and the furniture seems to be handling it just fine but obviously it's not the recommended use. The fire pit connects to a propane tank (just like on a regular grill) and makes a nice atmosphere for a night drink :) Looking forward for the summer movie nights.
