The media could not be loaded. I purchased the eight piece set it's a beautiful addition to our large out door space. Only downfall our cushion covers came last. Seller was very helpful explaining items were shipped separately so we received all the furniture and cushions one day, the fireplace a few days later, then finally the covers. I'm very pleased with this set.

The product came on time as promised. The Seller was very kind to let me know that it would come in 5 boxes over a few days. This way I knew not to panic when i only received 3 boxes on Day 1 and the remaining 2 after 3 days. The product quality was great and easy to assemble. As the number of pieces were quite a few it took me sometime doing it all by myself. The instructions could have been better but I was able to figure it out once I arranged the pieces together. The trick here would be to assemble 1 box at a time so that you have smaller number of pieces to deal with. After Sales was great. 2 of the glass panes of the wind shield were broken when i unboxed them, could have been damaged at the time of shipping . Messaged the seller with pics and the immediately sent a replacement in less than 7 days, by getting them air-shipped all the way from China. They shared the fexex tracking thats how I go to know.

At first, instructions were vague, but once you got it, it was easy. Nice set....configure anyway you want/need. Cushions are pretty comfy and water resistant. Firetable is great and creates a nice atmosphere. Packages will more than likely come on different days. Recommend assembling one box at a time.

One of the chairs has a defect it has a damage rip towards the back of the chair I should be compensated. Also a few of the back cushion cover the Velcro barely reaches when someone sits the Velcro pops off and the cushion doesn’t stay in place. Please either send me new covers or credit me something for both the covers and the rip on one of the chairs. Thanking you in advance

Completely happy with this set. Love that i could combine the pieces for different seating options. Absolutely love the gas fire pit table. During daytime entertaining I use it for food and drinks . Assembly was fairly easy despite pieces not all being labeled. Overall I would recommend this.
