I wanted to the 40 flavor sampler, but the price increased while it was in my cart so I got this one instead: 25 flavors, 2 bags of each flavor. Side note: all teas are commodities from a single species (Camellia Sinensis) and is manufactured as 6 generic categories: white, yellow, green, oolong, black, and dark. The value add of the Vahdam tea brand is that first, they add other herbs, spices, and flavors. Second, they use long-leaf tea bags (synthetic material, but better for steeping than paper bags). Look at the ingredient list on the last picture of this Amazon listing. Right off the bat the following flavors are a waste of money: 1) Organic Himalayan Green Tea, 2) English Breakfast Black Tea, 3) Darjeeling Summer Black Tea, 4) Darjeeling Spring Black Tea. These are just generic teas with exotic-sounding names. I didn't include 5) High Mountain Oolong Tea or 6) Imperial Himalayan White Tea because those varieties are not common or easy to buy in Western cultures. All the other 14 flavors have something else in them that enhances the taste, aroma, health benefit, etc. I am happy with my purchase because I needed to discover my pallet. I received this pack as a Christmas gift. I hadn't had decent Chai in a long time. My daughter surprised me with this and I'm in love. The sampler has plenty to choose from depending on your taste. If you're new to Indian spiced tea (Chai Masala) or if you've only had it in your favorite Indian restaurant, thus is a great pack to allow yourself the pleasure of enjoying a cup, or cups, at home. ... show more

Fresh, Intense flavors! I got this tea for my daughter, who fell in love with tea on a trip to Europe. I have gotten her premium English, French and American teas in the past, but she has recently discovered a love for Indian cuisine. So, I decided to try this brand, which impressed me with the varieties of Indian teas in this box and their multilayered contributions to their local communities. I figured if we didn’t like it, at least it was still going to a socially conscious company. But, we loved it! They offer so many unusual flavor combinations that both smell and taste wonderful. Each tea is wonderfully balanced. There are some teas that I was a little doubtful about (pepper in tea?), but everyone we have tried has been surprisingly delightful. If you like your traditional teas, they do those wonderfully too. I have not tried the teas yet, they were purchased as a gift. The teabags are in a plain cardboard box, not suitable for gifting. For using at home would need to store the teabags in a different container. I like the quality and flavors of loose teas of this brand, and will continue buying them.

These 25 Indian teas are irresistible. From the moment you hold a packet, you know it is special. When you open the packet a fresh aroma wasps into the air. The long, loose tea is in a sachet, waiting to infuse 7 ounces of steamy water. We received these 2 days ago and have proceeded to binge ever since-- I've got to try them all! Beyond that, the founder donates 1% whuch helps Indian children to attend school. He includes a leaflet about his company and its model.
