This bike is amazing so far, I've had it for about 2 days, the tires have not popped like some people claim in the comments it does. My first FULL test will take place tomorrow, because the distance between where I go for education and my home is 10 miles long, I will update this once I test out the full range of this thing off pure electric mode. But besides that, this bike runs great. It feels like a motorcycle and I even have to wear a full face helmet for it because of the speed. The assembly was not too difficult, apart from the iron piece between the handle bar and what now, but besides that, this is a really good bike for the price for right now. Only thing I have an issue with is understanding what the key module they gave me is for, it has a lock and unlock button and two other buttons, but the manual nor anything I've looked at has explained how to use them. Hipatoo, if you could help me understand what these are for and how to use them, I would greatly appreciate it. I haven't had to contact customer support for anything yet, but I will keep you guys updated. The speed is nearly 31 mph, I say nearly because while it displays 31 mph, the google maps speed will suggest 27-28, so might not be 31, might be, I cannot tell. its pretty comfortable, i enjoy riding it. The cable breaks work pretty ok too. might upgrade to hydraulic. Price was reasonable under 800 free shipping. its a little heavier then expected, because its all steel. but seems like pretty good quality. I did have to bang the fork mount down into the forks, to put more pressure on the steering bearings there was a rattle over bumps. but it came with all the tools you would need. I do like how sturdy it is even though i weigh more then what i should. I believe it would handle 320/350 lbs. no problem. be careful, you can get going pretty fast on this this. Headlight, Taillight, Break light, Turn Sig, Horn all work good. Screen is Bright and visible. its a cruiser. its nice, i suggest it. I had a buddy buy a Honda Monkey, I thought he was silly buying it for 4300.00, I think this is just as cool :-) ... show more

I purchased the bike advertised to reach speeds of up to 30mph; however, upon testing it, I discovered that the bike does not perform as advertised. This discrepancy amounts to false advertisement, which is unacceptable and misleading to customers. The Tire cannot be properly placed. Within days of purchase the bike cannot be used. Furthermore, upon receiving the bike, I observed that the back tire is damaged and appears to be defective. This defect not only affects the performance of the bike but also raises concerns regarding the quality and reliability of your products. ... show more

Love this e bike. Very sturdy. Goes fast, definitely 31mph. Easy to ride. Quick assembly time was 30 min . Tires are great quality. Have to adjust brake handles to your liking. Make sure tires are on rims before inflating all the way. Good in dry and wet road conditions. Still testing out battery life/ miles before recharge needed. You will be happy you bought this one. Customer service was impeccable. Was contacted immediately to make sure all arrangements for delivery were seamless. Kept in constant contact with me with updates and information on how to assemble the bike. My son was able to be home to receive his gift. Which he absolutely loves. It was easy to assemble a d was able to go on test run the same day. He says it's comfortable and fast. He was even able to ride it with his girlfriend on the back. I was nervous about purchasing another e bike due to a couple bad experiences leading up to this purchase. There was always some problem that either prevented me from buying the bike or that prevented the bike from working properly. As an overweight man I find that most bikes that claim to move with max loads that exceed 300 lbs are not quite truthful. They may move but then they will only go 8 mph or they will hit 12moh but as soon as you come to the foot of even the smallest hill they just come to a dead stop. Well, I overcame my nervousness and went ahead and decided to give the OUXI V8 a try. Let me just say I am so glad I did! This bike with me (over 300lbs) on it hits max speed of 31 MPH without even seeming to put any effort into it. It handles smooth and the battery life is long. I drive the V8 to work every day which a 4 mile drive. I can make it there and back home on a single charge with some left over! I am 100% thrilled to say I own this bike! It looks beautiful and works even better. I wish I could have given it 10 stars! I did have a small issue with the rear tire inner tube blowing on me one day but I messaged the seller and they responded and fixed the problem in a very timely manner and were extremely pleasant to work with. If I had a complaint it would be that the speedometer and odometer on the display read in Kilometers and I can’t figure out how or if I am able to change it to miles. That would be nice. But really that’s such a small issue when compared to all the good that has come out of this bike! ... show more
