Price was reasonable under 800 free shipping. its a little heavier then expected, because its all steel. but seems like pretty good quality. I did have to bang the fork mount down into the forks, to put more pressure on the steering bearings there was a rattle over bumps. but it came with all the tools you would need. I do like how sturdy it is even though i weigh more then what i should. I believe it would handle 320/350 lbs. no problem. be careful, you can get going pretty fast on this this. Headlight, Taillight, Break light, Turn Sig, Horn all work good. Screen is Bright and visible. its a cruiser. its nice, i suggest it. This bike is amazing so far, I've had it for about 2 days, the tires have not popped like some people claim in the comments it does. My first FULL test will take place tomorrow, because the distance between where I go for education and my home is 10 miles long, I will update this once I test out the full range of this thing off pure electric mode. But besides that, this bike runs great. It feels like a motorcycle and I even have to wear a full face helmet for it because of the speed. The assembly was not too difficult, apart from the iron piece between the handle bar and what now, but besides that, this is a really good bike for the price for right now. Only thing I have an issue with is understanding what the key module they gave me is for, it has a lock and unlock button and two other buttons, but the manual nor anything I've looked at has explained how to use them. Hipatoo, if you could help me understand what these are for and how to use them, I would greatly appreciate it. I haven't had to contact customer support for anything yet, but I will keep you guys updated. The speed is nearly 31 mph, I say nearly because while it displays 31 mph, the google maps speed will suggest 27-28, so might not be 31, might be, I cannot tell. I haven't had to contact about the speed yet but I might to see if I can actually get 31 mph. Other than that, this thing runs very well and I am glad to have it. ... show more

These bike came damaged Tire and tube doesn't fit , Cable were wrong and had to undo and reconnect them, then Tube didn't inflate because it was flat, company sent me spare Tube , installation was a nightmare, then rode the bike for 5 minutes and it popped!!! Had to walk 2 miles with these heavy bike lifting the back tire!! Don't buy these!! You'll regret the purchase few days later and The seller doesn't even accept returns!!! ... show more

Bike are very comfortable and our granddaughter enjoy it even more because it is 2 seater. She enjoys riding. Bike well build, good range and power. We had a little issue with battery not powering. We were not sure if it is battery issue or charger issue. I contacted company via Amazon.com app and they responded right away. Company requested couple photos and videos and in the end they send us free of charge another battery and charger. That solved the problem and our grand daughter enjoys her bike again. I was nervous about purchasing another e bike due to a couple bad experiences leading up to this purchase. There was always some problem that either prevented me from buying the bike or that prevented the bike from working properly. As an overweight man I find that most bikes that claim to move with max loads that exceed 300 lbs are not quite truthful. They may move but then they will only go 8 mph or they will hit 12moh but as soon as you come to the foot of even the smallest hill they just come to a dead stop. Well, I overcame my nervousness and went ahead and decided to give the OUXI V8 a try. Let me just say I am so glad I did! This bike with me (over 300lbs) on it hits max speed of 31 MPH without even seeming to put any effort into it. It handles smooth and the battery life is long. I drive the V8 to work every day which a 4 mile drive. I can make it there and back home on a single charge with some left over! I am 100% thrilled to say I own this bike! It looks beautiful and works even better. I wish I could have given it 10 stars! I did have a small issue with the rear tire inner tube blowing on me one day but I messaged the seller and they responded and fixed the problem in a very timely manner and were extremely pleasant to work with. If I had a complaint it would be that the speedometer and odometer on the display read in Kilometers and I can’t figure out how or if I am able to change it to miles. That would be nice. But really that’s such a small issue when compared to all the good that has come out of this bike! ... show more

This is a truly awesome bike! Only took about an hour to put together. It goes about 25 mph at its max and almost 30 if I’m going down hill. Great bike for commuting around my city! I can get just about anywhere on one full charge. I would recommend buying an extra battery for extended travel days. It comes in handy! Their customer service was outstanding! Directions say 15min however, this bike for sure goes 31mph. It’s quick off the start so for sure start at a slower level to get used to the speed. Assembly was not difficult, it took some time but the only major parts you need to put on are the front wheel (tire already on) and the handlebars. Really good bike for the price ... show more
