  • Small Earphones
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
Very lightweight and cool model with good sound and decent build quality including good cable. Sound isn't flat but not bass heavy either. Its more like balanced and sounds natural. So not boring to listen unless you want very powerful bass.

  • Good headphones if the price is right
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
I was able to snag these on sale for $5 to have a latency free pair for my laptop. They are amazing at that price. Even at the other prices I see on Amazon around $15-30. These are normally trying to sell at like $170 and there's no way. I have a pair of V-Moda over ears and it's a similar theme with the company, they make overpriced, ok sounding, but well built and sexily designed products. I had a good experience with them years ago too. My dog ate my headphones and they gave me a 50% off coupon to buy a replacement. The sound quality is very good for IEMs, but I don't have a ton of reference, just Klipsch, and wireless ones like Galaxy Buds and Airpods. I'm sure they aren't as good as similar priced ones going for sound quality over everything. They did come with a ton of pieces to customize the fit, with a backup pair of each which is very nice. The only things I can dock it on are that the cable could be better, perhaps even braided. It's a very non-pliable rubber/plastic that likes to "remember" it's default state, so it explodes into a rats nest when you wind them up for storage, but they also annoyingly don't lay flat during use. Also, if you want to use this for a phone, the controls are in a bad place. Too high up to see the buttons, and it felt awkward even going by feel. The case is decent, but doesn't hold them great, and doesn't really offer much protection. ... show more

  • Great Depending on Price
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
I own both the Forza and Forza Metallo, so it goes without saying that I generally like these earbuds. That said, the price of these things were originally in the mid $100 range and went down to a just a couple of dollars at its low point. Seeing the variation in price makes it difficult to provide a general recommendation of this product. That being said, I’ll try to provide as much info as possible to better assist you in this decision. Metallo variant is better built: This variant is built with metal and has a fancier cable. The case is smaller though and the fancier cable holds its shape more which isn’t as desirable. No real difference in sound to my ears. That said, the metallo variant is generally nicer and worth paying extra for if you want it. Sound quality can be very good. When using with a good dac/amp, these earbuds offer balanced sound with lots of detail and clarity. Without it, it can sound a bit bass light. These do have a tendency to sound a bit harsh in the treble region. Comfort is acceptable: Not the most or least comfortable earbud I’ve ever used, but I expect it to be good enough for most. Lots of accessories: Great assortment of tips and ear hooks are provided. Packaging is also fancier than most. ... show more

  • Awesome for the price!
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
I liked this earbud quite a lot. It seems very sturdy and of good quality. The base is not so great but with a phone equalizer and some more snug fitting ear tips you can drastically improve the base. The sound stage is fairly wide and it has decent separation of instruments. long story short for the price I doubt you can get a better pair of earbuds. I got the iphone ones for cheaper even though I have an android, but you are only missing out on skip track feature if I remember correctly with the controls. ... show more

  • $8 is a steal for this earbuds
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
For $8 this is a steal! The sound is crisp, nice highs, deeps are good but not too strong, an equalizer app will fix it. The cable is not the usual rubbery wire you get from conventional earbuds. There are a lot of ear adapters, in-ear, over-ear, 3 sizes of ear inserts, and a leathery purse to hold the earbuds. Heck, even the fancy box is worth $4 at least. I have Vmoda over the ear headphones and they're great. These little earbuds continues the quality language for Vmoda's line of products. ... show more

  • Design issues and likely got a defective product.
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
Honestly, I wanted to like these earbuds but the audio jack was defective and the design of it only seems to have made it worse. After less than three days of light use the audio started to cut out and I'm about 90% sure it's because of a mixture of manufacturing and the design for the input pin. The audio worked okay and it didn't cause me any trouble when I used it at first. (But I only used it for a few hours.) I came in to work today less than three days after I ordered them and noticed the sound cutting out completely. The jack itself appeared to be to blame. Whether I'm just really unlucky and got a defective product or not it looks quite a bit like the jack is designed in a way that can break easily. If I spend $120 on a pair of earbuds I want something that's built to last a bit longer. If something I order stops working a few days in (I work at a desk job) I'm just not patient enough to exchange it, it's embarassing. The sound was good and I'm trying not to rail on them too badly because of this but be careful you don't get one where the jack stops working right in a few days. ... show more

  • Apple stock earbuds > Forza Metallo
Color: Gunmetal Style: Apple Devices
I don't know if I have a defective pair or not but the Forza Metallo pale in comparison to my stock Apple wired in-ear headphones. I was expecting an excellent depth of sound and an overall improvement to my listening experience but these earbuds fail in hitting the low bass notes in my favorite hip-hop songs, nor do they accurately capture the fluctuations in tone in U2's Love is Blindness. In this song as well as in the Hip-hop songs they blare the snare tone and heavy guitar riffs that make you want to turn down the volume with a grimace on your face, but once you take it down to where it doesn't hurt to listen you are unable to even appreciate the song. They disappoint most when I am listening to my favorite phantom of the opera songs as they are unable to capture low tones at all. If I can not change the performance of these by changing the settings I will be returning them a mere two hours after receiving them. Stick with your stock apple earbuds, the iphone 7 earbuds put the Forza Metallo to shame. ... show more
