Works perfectly with windows 10 has instructions on chip in the box that it comes in step by step instructions on video also have to run the software in administrator mode otherwise you will not be able to connect to your motor I used this on a 1999 200hp evinrude ficht motor the latest version it comes with is 5.9 if you have an etec gen 2 you might want to look into updated software but for a ficht or etec gen 1 you can do anything the dealer can ... show more

Not going to lie, I thought this was going to be a POS return but I was desperate to find out what my intermittent CEL warning was on my 99 Evinrude 200. Ended up being code 37 water in fuel which pointed me in the right direction. Much cheaper than bringing to the shop. Directions suck. Packaging, usb sucks. Only works on windows. But.. after a bit of troubleshooting and throwing darts at the installation and use, it worked. ... show more
