I recieved the part faster than I anticipated so that was a plus!!! I received my CRP123 which had a Guide to Register and Update in the box. I went to the web address that it told me to go to and went round and round with it for about an hour. I finally gave up and called Launch (the manufacturer) and was told that I purchase my unit from an over seas vendor and that they don't support those units. I have fiddled with it for another hour with same result. I have worked on a computer all day, every day for the past 30 years, so I know it has nothing to do with computer illiteracy on my part. For the love of everything good, will someone from the manufacturer or vendor give me some guidance before I'm forced to use a hammer to fix this thing? ... show more

This product performed exactly as advertised. Once it is activated and the software is downloaded it is operational. The device is very easy to use and its packaging is very ergonomically and rugged. Good for the price, requires some knowldge of the use of a computer to set up. It is not ready to use out of the box. Set up process with a computer took me about 15 minutes. It is a code scanner with live data. I have not been able to get the abs or srs diagnostic to work but that maybe be operator error with the set up and i have not tried to figure it out yet. Awesome Scan Tool. I am an Auto Body Estimator and regularly use this to pull and clear codes. It will clear out airbag lights when you pull trim panels on BMW's. Easy to update and connect, save a thousand and buy this one, the Matco guy sells them for $350
