Software came on 2 unmarked/unlabled CDs (from China). Don't even have a CD player on any laptops I own.. The USB extension cord "Gift" is useless as it does not connect to either of the adapters (yamaha or suzuki). They have some giant azz plug that I might find if I run to Smithsonian to check out some old desktops. Don't even consider this unless you want to be disappointed. ... show more

    • When they say, "Everything you need", they are straight up lying!
No instruction manual or paperwork of any kind is included. Two unmarked discs and cables are what you receive. If your laptop doesn't have a disc drive, you are screwed. If you have another computer with a disc drive, you can transfer the files to a thumb drive and then install on your laptop. But the problem is... there is no cable included to connect the usb cable from your laptop to the cables which connect to your engine wiring harness!! You need the male 16 pin to usb cable to do that. THEY are happy to sell you the "kit" which includes that cable as well as all the other cables that you already have for another $59!! As of yet, I have not found a stand alone cable alternative, but I'm sure one is out there for about $12. I will come back and post if / when I find it. BEWARE... without that cable, you just threw your money away! Thanks China! ... show more
