Made in the United States, the US Weight Deluxe Eco-Canopy Weights are made entirely from safe, recyclable materials. The set of four 10 lb. weights (40 lbs.) total feature a strong, durable outer shell made from recycled high density polyethylene that won't rust or discolor. The inside is filled with a safe, environmentally-friendly material. The weights offer an interlocking design that was engineered by the experts to securely capture all canopy poles up to 1 ¼" wide. Checked out several places to buy these. Most places they were only 5 pounds. These are 10 pound weights and hold a lot better. It’s nice It comes with a strap so when you have to transport, it makes it a little easier to carry them.

I use mine as a base and then put rock into the provided bags that came with my canopy. Those filled bags sit nicely on top of these, to give it that extra weight and keep it in place. They are sturdy, better than the ones you buy to fill with water, and while heavy to pack around, absolutely worth it. I purchased these because I have a canopy on a deck and no way to anchor into the ground, but even if I did, I would still use these. ... show more

I bought these for an event I had that was on asphalt. I got caught in a ton of rain and wind and the canopies didn't move one bit. I've used them in other places as well and they work way better than stakes. Super easy to slide on and the strap is super helpful for storing and moving them.

First of all, these could so easily be a 5-Star product because they are sturdy and with the interlocking design work great. Being already filled with cement makes them far superior to having to fill them with water or sand myself. No mess, no hassle, no leaking - just pull them out of the box and put them down. The ONLY problem I have is the size of the slot in them. If you have a patio umbrella then you know you have to have a base with it, typically a weighted base. We get strong wind here in Idaho that can give your umbrella to one of your neighbors in a heartbeat so a weighted base is essential but usually not enough to keep the umbrella from tipping over. So I got these, confident they would be perfect. And they nearly were. As you can see from the picture, they fit the umbrella but NOT the weighted base. I'm going to try them out for a few weeks to see if the weights are low enough to keep the umbrella upright. The weights are as low as I can get them, as the shaft of the base is very slightly larger than the slot of the weights. The manufacturer should have made it another 1/2" wider in anticipation of someone using a base instead of using just these weights as the base (probably what the manufacturer intended but a decorative base looks nicer). The 2nd picture shows the umbrella without the nice 25lbs weighted base, it doesn't look as nice as with the base. I was hoping to use the two together for extra weight and stability because just the disc weights alone with their much smaller ground contact makes the umbrella a little bit wobbly so not sure how it will handle the wind. I will report back in a bit to update this review to see if the 40lbs is enough or not. ... show more

We go to granddaughters softball games, tournaments really. If you know anything about y10 softball you know they take over your whole weekend. It can get really sunny out there and when you are out there for 6-8 hours the sun is a killer. We have a tent, on weights, trying to hold it down with coolers and whatever else you can find really does not work so well. We saw someone with these weights, what a cool idea! Bought them and best thing ever, not having to worry about catching your tent on the way up and over, best thing ever!!! If you do not have these you need them, they are inexpensive and work perfectly! ... show more

It works as advertised and like a charm. When placing the weights around the canopy legs, make sure that the bumps are facing the ground for grip. I would highly recommend them and they are well made. The strap is sturdy and hold the weights evenly.
