It was easy enough to assemble so no complaints there. It even arrived early so there's your 1star. I have no idea about battery life or mileage since about 2 miles into my first run the error message Controller failure popped up. Back wheel groaned and grinded to a halt. I pushed it about a block thinking the tire was flat, but nope tires just fine. Error msg went away after turning it off and on but it was still grindy all the way home. I'm sick of Amazon sending this trash in the mail while making it a total a*spain to send it back. This experience is supposed to be like going to your local store, except online. It's not. I wait forever for it to arrive. The box is thrashed (as usual). All the problems are on your end but I am the one who always has to patiently deal with it. Im sick of this bs. This is the 6th scooter we bought from Amazon. While the first 3 were good and are still working, the last 3 (and most expensive) have been nothing but dissatisfaction.. Having to go through the mail for something so expensive and apparently fragile is a trash situation. The least Amazon could do is make it not such an awful experience by holding their sellers actually accountable. Yes, gotrax and evercross and now Yume sent me trash. But you Amazon are the 1thing those companies have in common.. You are pushing their trash and acting all innocent. Im sick of it! I will not spend another penny on this site as long as this is how it's going to be. Edit July 20 2021 Lol Yume's customer service was so nice I kinda feel bad giving 1star. They really did go out of their way to try and rectify the situation.. In the end I sent it back. Received a relatively timely full refund. I can't speak on scooter quality other than what I personally experienced, so the rating sticks.. But their customer service (and by default Amazon) was so on point, if anything happens to my latest ride (the Mantis, it's giving problems too, and ffr customer service is not so great) I would consider trying them again. ... show more

I purchased the y10 after experiencing the beautiful beast that is the D5. I've been riding the y10 on some truly awful roads and I can barely feel rough roads, as if I'm gliding on a thin sheet of air. The safety features are incredible from the very bright lights and even easy to use turn signals. I recently was going around a turn to fast and my rear tire slipped on some loose gravel but I was quickly able to correct myself and it almost felt like the y10 was helping me stay in control. If I was on a lighter and smaller scooter, im sure I would've wrecked but because of the beefy y10 I was able to maintain. Buy this escooter now, you won't regret! ... show more
