We have a large crate which is open on all sides and felt like a covering was necessary. While dogs know which of their family members are moving around without seeing them this keeps the room dark when we have to turn the light on and he doesnโ€™t move. I bought another one because I wanted to see the quality of the first one I ordered. Good value. Fits 42 inch crate perfect. Only thing I don't like is the smell when unsealing the pastic packaging. But that should go away.
