I've noticed quite a few December 2021 reviews on other USPW product pages that say they couldn't get the dough to rise despite following instructions closely and trying multiple bags of the mix... you can count mine among them. Very disappointing to give this as a gift and have nothing to show for it after waiting 4 hours for the dough to... not rise. Cold December temperatures could be a factor for some, but we made sure our dough stayed 75 degrees, and given the unusually high number of recent negative reviews, perhaps something is going on with the yeast. Follow the directions, and it's fool proof! I know, because I'm usually the fool :) Seriously good dough. Nice bite, chew, and texture. Already bought more of it. The only altering I've done is adding in some breadstick seasoning to give it some garlic notes, but it's definitely worth buying!

An absolute garbage product. It did not rise, followed directions to the letter and it did not rise even a little but. They should be called "Urban Swindlers" This dough should be removed.
