First of all, mine came with little exterior issues, though this fridge still exceeded my expectations. It’s surprisingly quiet and keeps my stuff cold and obviously you can control the fridge temp as well. Customer service is great. They are fast in response and when I encountered an issue, they immediately help me troubleshoot it. I can see why everyone keeps this mini fridge after all. So far this has been a very good little fridge for my office! Small but useful. Would be 5 starts but I needed to switch the door around to open on the other side. That ended up being more difficult then the it should have been.

I love this little refrigerator. It keeps everything very cold and it’s super quiet. I have the refrigerator next to my bed and barely hear the refrigerator. You can fit a gallon of milk in the refrigerator. It really is worth buying

I was initially going to return the fridge because it arrived with a dent on it, which I now realize is a problem for approximately 90 percent of customers. Before I contacted the company about returning it, I wanted to test how cold it kept things, so I waited 24 hours before plugging it in (the suggested time is 4 hours). I like my drinks very cold -we only use it for soda and water- so after setting the thermostat at the suggested 3 for a few hours, we turned the thermostat up to 5. Several hours later I took a drink from a newly opened can and was shocked, and delighted that there was a little bit of slush. We decided to turn it down to 4, but now, when I want something extremely cold, almost frozen, I turn it up to 5, put a can in the door (it seems to be colder there), and a few hours later I have a very refreshing drink waiting for me. I contacted the seller via Amazon about the dent and they offered me a fair enough refund amount to justify keeping it, especially considering how well it works. This review is NOT based on the refund, nor was I asked to give a positive review! I would feel the same way about it and leave a positive review whether I paid full price or not. It’s a great little fridge. Keeps things very cold, doesn’t make a sound and is easy to move because it’s so lightweight. I’m incredibly pleased with it. ... show more

The fridge is compact, convenient, and keeps things cold. The problem is the noisy buzzing sound which occurs most of the time. Update: I had a great customer service experience and received an improved mini Fridge with significantly less noise.

Keeps normal food cold but after a week of using the freezer it seems to not keep things actually frozen. I put some ice cream sandwiches in there and they were completely melted, cold, but melted so I had to clean the freezer out. Other than the freezer not doing what it’s intended, it has a bunch of space and it’s not overly loud. I have mine in my bedroom and it’s decently quiet when it turns off and on. ... show more
