My body absorbed all or most of the nutrient, instead of most just going down the toilet when I urinate. I don't know yet the effectiveness of this gel cap because I have to go for the labs. When I opened the bottle, all pills were sticked one to the other as a glued bulk. Then, I had to separate one by one by hand after I could get the pills out of the bottle.

This is an easy to swallow product with 3 month supply. I've ordered this before a few times. I have Prime but this time I was charged $31 for shipping 😡😡😡. More than product cost!!! Amazon said they would refund it but don't know how to get back to that place to request it 😳🤯😖 again.
