Its very nicely packaged and the capsules are easy to swallow. Im in it for the long haul, because I dont like the impact aging has on my vision. Only time will tell, how well this product works. I have extremely dry eyes. I've been using this for about a month after trying everything else and it seems to keep my eyes a lot more moisturized. After about 2 weeks of using this as directed I noticed I don't seem to need eye drops nearly as often as before. Decided to wait to review this after I used it for six months then took a 30 day vacation from taking it to see if it made a difference my eyes thank me for restarting this product. Less irritation less itchiness, less dryness. Very good price However when they're shipped in the mail, they can't take the heat... they all come in a glump, you have to separate them or send them back so we're gonna try and see how they work that's why it's a 3 star I can change that once we see how they are very good price however
