My doula recommended something like these for labor, and honestly I have no idea if they worked or even remember my husband bringing them out. Apparently he did try to use them on me but obviously labor has a lot going on so I must have barely noticed.     • Good Smells and What Else
These smell good, obviously. But I’m used to more potent oils…these don’t seem to have the effectiveness as others I’m used to. But if you’re scent-sensitive and need a pick-me-up when you don’t want to carry a full-sized bottle around, these are pretty convenient.

UpNow products are the best! I love essential oils. These smell amazing and last longer. My favorite is shield, but I also like all of the others. Such refreshing smells, they can laugh for longer than most all about other essential. Their number one in my book.
