I was so amazed with the appearance of my teeth after the one use! My main reason for using this product was to match my bottom teeth with match with my upper teeth which have caps and crowns. Very happy to report that they are very close in shade now! I did do 3 cycles of the light because I read other users doing the same. The taste was pleasant. No adverse effects from the product. Didn't experience any sensitivity during or after use. I have some dental work that needs to be done, so I am going to wait until after that to do another cycle. Definitely takes a few treatments, but I can see the difference. I would say within the first or second treatment, teeth are definitely brighter, but it wasn’t until the third or fourth that I could really see a difference. I was very hesitant to purchase this but I was really needing to whitening my teeth without going to the dentist to spend hundreds. When I asked my dentist he actually showed me the product he was going to use and it was exactly this, so I came to Amazon and looked for it. I don’t think I need to tell you that it actually works because you can see it on the picture, and that’s barely me using it for 6 days, the treatment lasts 10 days so can’t wait to see the final results. I've been using the product and haven't noticed a difference, and I use for 20-30 min at a time. What I do like though is the blue light indicator and built in timer. Also, zero sensitivity, so I haven't even had to use the desensitizing gel. But that confirms It isn't working for me, since my teeth are really sensitive. ... show more

I used ro buy disposable peroxide trays from my dentist that I could do at home as my gums were too sensitive for Zoom. I have a new dentist who doesn't have those trays and I have been drinking more coffee which had stained my teeth to a 6 or 7.
