The NESOHC-LLEW ab roller wheel is a solid exercise tool that comes with extras. The ab roller wheel is well made and was easy to assemble. The handles are comfortable, and this ab roller wheel is extra wide which provides decent stability. It rolls smoothly, both on hard floors and carpet, and the wheel has good grip and doesn't slip on hard floors. It is also very quiet unlike some other ab rollers I've used in the past. You can also easily take this ab roller apart and it becomes easily packable for exercise during travel. This ab roller wheel comes with a small foam knee pad, which at first looks kind of flimsy but is actually quite effective and comfortable, particularly on hard surfaces. It also comes with a strip of silicone which they call a "target range tape", which you are supposed to use to set the range that the roller wheel will go to before pulling back. I have not used it, but it may be useful for some people. The instructions included were good in regard to assembly but very poor in describing how to use the ab roller and the exercises. However, the concept is simple and there is a plethora of information online, the key being your form when using it for max effectiveness and targeting muscle groups as well as avoiding injury. I have named this ab roller "Honesty" because it has been honest with how out of shape I am in my core hahahaha. Pros: - Easy to put together - Easy (in theory) to use - Can hold a lot of weight - Comes with a knee pad! - Good quality, very sturdy, I am not afraid of my 200+ pound frame breaking this Cons: - You can find cheaper ab rollers (but I'm not sure if they'd be as nice as this one) - Needs a better instruction booklet YOU READING THIS- have you ever used an ab roller before? If not, please please please go on youtube and watch a video on how to properly use one as you can seriously injure your back or shoulders if you do not have the correct form.     • Smooth, quiet roll. Works your abs as it was designed to do.
This is a smooth, basic ab roller, without any weird accessories to distract you. I own and have used a lot of ab rollers and the old standard type is my favorite. The roller comes with a small knee pad that seem to accompany ab rollers. There’s also a silicon strip to mark your desired extension and, supposedly, blocks from rolling beyond that. But it’s pretty easy to push or bump over the strip so I didn’t find it very useful. My knees kept slipping off the small knee pad as well. The illustration shows the knee pad being used on top of a yoga pad, but then why do you need a knee pad. Also, the product page mentions a manual and shows an illustration of what appears to be a number of pages. Actually it’s just a slip of paper that shows how to put the roller together. But I’m being picky. The main thing is that this is a good roller that will work your abs. ... show more

This is a very good ab roller. It was easy to assemble. Just slip one handle over the bar, then the wheel and then the other handle. Set the roller vertical, so one handle is pressing on a hard surface, and press down hard on the other handle to compress everything together. Some people might like the knee pad and target strip, but I tossed them. I have better pads and didn't want to be bothered with a target strip. So why did I give the ab roller 4 stars instead of 5? I like to reserve 5 star ratings for products that surprise me by their quality, utility or innovativeness. I feel bad because I know merchants depend on these reviews to sell products. But it's an ab roller. They have been around for decades. It's a very good one but there is nothing that different about it. So I would not hesitate to buy this ab roller unless you think you've found one that's better. I really like it. I have seen other styles where you can rest your forearms. I've seen ab rollers with multiple wheels. And I've seen different shaped wheels. But I haven't tried all of these permutations of the ab roller. ... show more
