I bought this product to replace the original set that came with my Swiss Madison toilet. These are much smaller, but work just the same. I'm hoping the coating on the cap doesn't rust like the original equipment did.

    • Great for toilets that use this style toilet seat anchor i.e. American STD. Studio toilet etc.
I recently pulled the trigger and purchased a bidet toilet seat. I own an American Standard Studio toilet that uses this style anchor for the seat. When attempting to install the bidet seat one of the rubber molleys that came with the original anchors fell down below into the cavity of the water closet. Getting access into the interior of these toilets is difficult at best. So I found these and ordered them. I only used the rubber molleys to replace my original ones but they worked with some care to allow my new bidet seat to be installed. Very nice to find them here on Amazon! I thought I would have to return the very expensive bidet seat. It now installed thanks to the ability to replace the original rubber molley inserts. Couldn't be more pleased! ... show more

    • Caution - Post size may be wrong for you
I have a Icera toilet and needed to replace the seat mount. It looks just like this product with one very important difference, the diameter of the post of this product is too wide. It is misleading to only provide the diameter of the recessed groove and not provide the diameter of the post itself. Sure enough, the post is 8 millimeters in diameter while the Icera toilet requires a post that is 6 millimeters in diameter. I suspect the manufacturer is omitting this specification in order to make it appear more universal than it is - boosting sales. It is not worth my time to return the product so I am throwing it in the trash. I am giving the product two stars because other than the issue above it looks like a quality product. ... show more
