Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. Love that it came with everything like the lights and sprinkler but more importantly straps to keep it flying away. Set up was easy most was done with one person. We've had it almost a year now and I need some replacement parts customer service was so helpful and quick!

The trampoline was a little more difficult to put together than expected we did need a mallet and a few other tools that were not shipped with the product. We had 4 of us assemble it and it took 4 hours. It has a lot of parts and instructions were sometimes confusing.     • Worth the money, and easy to install
So Santa (I) assembled this by MYSELF...on Christmas Eve...on the coldest day of the year here in North Carolina. It was in the 20's!! You really can't wear warm gloves when assembling a trampoline...so it took about 4 hours (taking my sweet time) to assemble following the included instructions (not watching videos)... I was really worried because everyone was saying you need 2 people and my wife had our son out and about while I secretly put this together...stalling till I finished... Success!.. So...I wanted a trampoline that could hold alot of weight...ya really gotta look into the details when shopping for one...its amazing how little weight some of these giant trampolines allow.. This one can hold the entire family bouncing and more (the 15 foot one at least).. The 2 reasons why I didn't give it the full 5 stars... 1. I feel like it should be more um...springy? Maybe because it can hold so much weight it has to be more resistant...I dont know...its still great jumping...but I feel like I could get another foot higher of a jump from some others.. 2. We had to move it from where I assembled it (it was partially hidden) after Christmas...so 3 of us carried it...and it almost instantly "taco'd"....easily bending the outer rim up... After we put it in its final place I staked it down and got it back in shape fairly easily...but I feel that the taco-ing may have hurt the springyness just a bit too... Overall ... Very happy... Oh...saw alot of this complaint... Packages did come in a couple seperate boxes... They were crazy heavy (expected)..BUT..the boxes were in EXCELLENT shape... Some people complain about damaged containers with some trampolines.. I used a hand truck and my freezing hands.. Literally no sweat! ... show more

Was not sent all parts so the excitement my kiddos had when I started assembling was short lived and turned into disappointment. If and when I'm sent the rest of the parts I can be able to write an honest review on the FINISHED product however as of now I can honestly say the instructions are about useless and the packaging of the bolts and washers are just an overall bad setup. Soon as you open they all mix and you have no idea what's what. I give it a 3 cuz I'm still hopeful for the end result but will come back and update when something changes ... show more

So we currently have it almost assembled with 4 disappointed children and one unsatisfied mama after spending hundreds of dollars for the kiddos. If and when I'm sent all of the material to assemble it I'll be able to write a honest review on the FINISHED product but so far the instructions were useless packaging was bad cuz as soon as you open all the nuts and washers mix so you don't actually know what's what anymore, so maybe the manufacturer can use this review to change something to make this product better for future costumers

Thankfully, my children were not hurt, but the experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the product's safety. Upon initial inspection, the trampoline appeared sturdy and well-built. It boasted strong steel frames and claimed to have passed rigorous safety standards. Unfortunately, those claims turned out to be far from accurate. The trampoline's frame snapped at a critical joint, rendering the entire structure unstable and dangerous. My children were playing on the trampoline when the breakage occurred, and it was a terrifying moment. Thankfully, they managed to jump off in time and escape injury. However, the incident highlights a serious flaw in the product's design or manufacturing. It is absolutely unacceptable for a trampoline to break so easily, particularly within such a short period of use. While I understand that accidents can happen and even the best products can occasionally fail, the fact that this trampoline broke within just one day raises significant concerns about its quality and safety standards. It leaves me wondering if the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over ensuring a durable and secure product for children's use. I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and express my concern.
