Had an issue with the frame which I figured would be on me to fix I have had several trampolines over the last 15 years and at this point I probably could assemble and dismantle them with my eyes closed. They really only last so long! If I were reviewing this trampoline alone I would say it’s an adequate trampoline. Stands up to Mother Nature as much as it can, sturdy and my kids enjoy it! But wow to their customer service, it was so excellent that I had to come on here and share. If you’re on the fence I would definitely buy this trampoline just based on how great their service is. Love that it came with everything like the lights and sprinkler but more importantly straps to keep it flying away. Set up was easy most was done with one person. We've had it almost a year now and I need some replacement parts customer service was so helpful and quick!

The trampoline was a little more difficult to put together than expected we did need a mallet and a few other tools that were not shipped with the product. We had 4 of us assemble it and it took 4 hours. It has a lot of parts and instructions were sometimes confusing.     • Seems Off at First but comes together perfectly!!

This trampoline turned out pretty good for our son! He loves the net and the basketball hoop so much that the sprinkler just ends up being a cherry on top. It was a little wonky at first on construction, but we noticed the tension from springing up the trampoline helped it all come together the right way, and it took about 3-4 hours with me and my wife. It comes in 2 separate boxes altogether. We were missing the 2 steps for our ladder, so I had to reach out to their customer service for them, and they had no problem sending us new pieces (albeit, without the screws needed to screw them into the ladder) that took about 2 weeks to show up The only other problem we had was that the net broke after the first time zipping it, or the 6th tooth from the bottom just wasn't there in the first place, so reattaching would just make it split up on hitting that tooth, and they remedied this with a $20 credit, which is fine, but kind of a pain, considering it's 40 minimum for a new one on Amazon, and they could've just sent a new net. Overall, it's a nice trampoline, and the customer service were as helpful as they could be with the missing parts, so I appreciate them for that, just wish they could've done more for a net that seemed to be messed up when it arrived. ... show more

The trampoline is great, weve had it a year and its held up great! But the lights were a joke, quit working right away. The sprinkler is ok, not that smart of a mounting thing. The poles are weak for the netting, they broke in the wind.

I recently purchased a trampoline for my children, excited to provide them with hours of outdoor fun and exercise. However, my enthusiasm quickly turned to disappointment and concern when the trampoline broke just one day after purchase. Thankfully, my children were not hurt, but the experience has left me deeply dissatisfied and concerned about the product's safety. Upon initial inspection, the trampoline appeared sturdy and well-built. It boasted strong steel frames and claimed to have passed rigorous safety standards. Unfortunately, those claims turned out to be far from accurate. The trampoline's frame snapped at a critical joint, rendering the entire structure unstable and dangerous. My children were playing on the trampoline when the breakage occurred, and it was a terrifying moment. Thankfully, they managed to jump off in time and escape injury. However, the incident highlights a serious flaw in the product's design or manufacturing. It is absolutely unacceptable for a trampoline to break so easily, particularly within such a short period of use. While I understand that accidents can happen and even the best products can occasionally fail, the fact that this trampoline broke within just one day raises significant concerns about its quality and safety standards. It leaves me wondering if the manufacturer prioritized cost-cutting over ensuring a durable and secure product for children's use. I contacted customer service immediately to report the issue and express my concern. Their response was prompt and they offered a refund, but that does little to alleviate the disappointment and the potential danger my children faced. It is disheartening to think that the faulty trampoline I received may have found its way into other households as well. I strongly urge other parents to exercise caution when considering this trampoline or any product from the same manufacturer. I can not say enough good things about this trampoline. After the frame was damage after being blown into pole due to wind storm/hurricane i reached out to company and they were able to send me replacement part ASAP. Then a tree fell on it ripping the net and again they were amazing and sent a new one right away. The quality is great however would recommend not putting under tree and weighing down with stakes or bricks. My son absolutely loves his trampoline. He is 4 and can play nicely with up to 4 or 5 kids with a lot of room. The lights are super cool at night! I would recommend this trampoline. ... show more
