I was scared because of the bad reviews but, I took a chance. Mine was delivered packaged very well with zero damage and no missing parts. It even had thin plywood inside either end of the box for protection. Assembly was easy and the instructions were clear. Be careful of the sharp edges during assembly but, that goes with the territory. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase. It heats up nicely but, I haven't cooked on it yet. The grates heated quickly to 450° on high according to my infrared thermometer. I stopped there and let it cool down. I don't foresee any problems. It's got just a little less cooking surface than my old 20" Akorn Kamado had. Just fine for us. I couldn't touch a gas grill for anything close to this price locally. Is it a Cadillac grill? Nice small grill. Lightweight and went together in about 2 hours. Pieces all there, but metal bent on several pieces and it doesn't make the grill look very nice like it should. Too much of a pain to box back up and return. It's usable as is.
